Welcome to the oceanfront paradise 109 Dune Lane!


This beautiful 4-bedroom oceanfront home on North Forest Beach features open spaces, gorgeous views from all rooms, outdoor dining and a spacious pool/spa. The first room you enter is the living room which has a wall of windows allowing for clear views of the Atlantic Ocean outside. The open floor plan makes it perfect for everyone to be together, whether it is eating with the family or watching the big game on the large flat screen TV. In the living room there is plenty of comfortable seating and spectacular views. The dining room has seating for 6, as well as additional chairs and bar stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen was built for a chef with stainless steel appliances, Thermador ovens and microwave as well as other high-end appliances.

Just outside the dining room there is a covered porch with a dining table for 4, perfect to enjoy the evening breeze. There is a grilling patio and a veranda with more seating facing the ocean. On the patio is also another dining table with seating for 6 and an umbrella to stay cool in the sun. The pool is one of a kind with attached spa at one end and walk-over bridge from the master bedroom to the lounge chairs on the pool deck. Back in the house, the 1st floor features 2 of the 4 bedrooms, a hall bathroom, and a laundry room. The 1st guest bedroom has two twin beds and the access to the back patio. Just across the hall is the bathroom with shower. The master bedroom is at the end of the hall with king bed, large closet, en-suite bath, and access to the back deck.

Upstairs there is a loft with seating and a sleeper sofa, with bedrooms on each side. The left side bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bath with shower and a private oceanfront balcony. The right-side bedroom also features a king bed, en-suite bath and has a private oceanfront balcony. The house has parking for 4 in the driveway as well. Finish Your stay with visiting Coligny, the perfect place to grab a bite to eat, shop, or spend time with the family. 109 Dune Lane has quickly become one of our most exclusive home, renting far past 400 days in advance. Wonderful Home

We had an amazing vacation in this beautiful home! Plenty of kitchen supplies and can’t beat the gorgeous beach view. We had few bumps due to pool/hot tub heating issues but they were resolved with great attention from the managers! Would definitely stay here again on our next Hilton Head trip!

Great house, lots of space. We were 3 couples and there was plenty of space and privacy. House was beautiful and bright. Communication with Property Manager was perfect. Well stocked too!

Needed beachside get away

Location was amazing, the view of the ocean, the house was also great - especially the outside pool/ spa / deck eating areas. We'd stay there again. Indoor dining was a little small...but who needs that with the amazing outdoor space!!!

What a beautiful home set in beautiful surroundings. Are stay was fabulous. The rental agency was attentive and helpful. Easy checkin and checkout. Lots of windows helped one to experience the beauty of being right on the beach

Spring Break getaway

We absolutely loved this home. Had everything we needed and an ideal location, right by the beach. Listening to the waves was relaxing. Thethe sunrise and sunsets were beautiful. We didn’t want to leave and we all want to come back, as soon as we can.

Perfect 80th Birthday Celebration with family!

We visited for a week for our parents' 80th birthdays, 6 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room for everyone, beautiful house and impossible to imagine a better location. On the beach, and very close to shopping/dining. The management company was incredibly responsive, reaching out proactively during our stay to make sure everything was to our liking. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Incredible OceAn Front Home

Great property with an incredible view, pool and a well appointed kitchen. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are actually Masters and all afford fabulous views and balconies. The decorations are lovely, the staff was very attentive. The home wAs very clean and comfortable. They do need to upgrade the towels, they are unacceptable for the price... thread bare and too few. We loved our stay and woukd still give this a 5 star!!

Perfect

Our family had a wonderful vacation. The house was in a perfect location, right on the beach. The managing company was great about communicating prior to our arrival and were great during our stay. I had groceries, bikes and beach chairs all delivered before we arrived. Cribs and car seats too. As soon as we arrived we were able to enjoy our time together. We are returning to Hilton Head next year. If this property had been available I would have rebooked.

The house was amazing and Beachside Rentals was easy to communicate with and very pleasant! The home was very well equipped & comfortable. We are very familiar with the location, so it was not a shock to us, but it is such a convenient location! The description was very clear, but we did not pay that close attention that there was not a tub to bath kids, but all the bathrooms and showers were beyond nice...just overlooked no tub for kids. We would definitely rebook this home for future stays for the entire family to enjoy a week at the beach!

Loved the property

We had a fantastic week even after dodging a fair amount of rain. The house is perfectly situated on the beach with outstanding views. We loved all the glass windows and the pool. Just had a fabulous week. I struggled with the stove a bit but after a little practice we could work it. It’s an induction stove top I think. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and the house is very close to Coligny Plaza and the neighborhood is beautiful. Thanks!

Very nice house

We stayed at 109 Dune Ln last week. The house is well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen had pots/pans, dishes, utensils...anything you need for making meals, except the food (obviously). The bedrooms are large and comfy with TVs in each room as well as separate bathrooms. All linens were supplied including beach towels. The living room was nicely furnished. Our favorite spots were the pool and beach. It was a great vacation in a very nice house. We would recommennd this house for a family or multiple couples.

Wonderful property

We spent a beautiful week at 109 Dune Lane. Property management was very helpful and responsive, especially Quinn. Lots of nice amenities provided. Our only “issue” was that the bedroom with twin beds did not have a closet. Since we were a group of 8 adults, this situation was important to the people who shared this room. Asking about closets was not something I had thought about doing. Still, an overall great experience.

AWESOME Family Trip

We had 7 adults coming from different states for a family getaway. This house was perfect! We each had our own rooms/bathrooms/balconies. The pictures with this listing are very accurate. The house had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. There is plenty of space to spread out including lots of outdoor space. The location of the house is also in a great spot, close to many shops, restaurants and a grocery store. We did have a couple of issues at the start of our trip but the rental company handled those right away. They were great at communicating and taking care of our needs! We would definitely rent again!

Golf, Beach, and Sun

Overall, we had a great time. Keeping the pool clean was the only real issue we had. Beachside was great about reacting to any issue. My recommendation to making this an even better stay is have a way for the tenets to clean/vacuum the bottom of the pool. Having trees hanging over the water make it impossible to keep clean for a Saturday and Wednesday scheduled cleaning. We would’ve welcomed the ability to take care of it each morning.

Huge Pool Problems!!

The pool was dirty even after the pool company came on Tuesday. There was dirt in the bottom of the pool and the water was murky for 5 days during our stay. The filter in the pool was not working properly. The water was turned off and we did not have a hose to wash off from the beach for one whole day.

Great stay!

This is a really beautiful property and exactly as pictured/described! It's very well maintained and the kitchen is thoroughly equipped. The back of the house is nearly all glass, offering unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. There are several seating areas inside and out which is perfect for a group. Our group consisted of three couples and it was really nice to have three primary bedrooms with their own full baths for ultimate privacy. Property is within walking distance (about a mile) to Coligny shopping and restaurants, which we took advantage of. Beachside Getaway was fantastic to work with! Really easy to communicate via text and very responsive. We had a couple of minor issues when we checked in (backed up shower drain and ants along the path to the beach) and someone came out almost immediately to address, on a Sunday nonetheless. We would definitely rent this property again!

Fantastic Beachfront Home

This Beachside Getaway was perfect. From the almost concierge like service, to the amazing views, beach access, pool and proximity to downtown, we felt like we had it all. I would recommend this home to anyone.
