CHILDREN ARE COMPLETELY SAFE, WALKING FROM THE HOUSE DOWN OUR PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS TO THE BEACH.

Relax, in comfortable rockers, on the covered deck, watching shrimp boats go by, as the waves break upon the beach. Enjoy ocean breezes and the beautiful ocean view or spend time lounging around the pool and covered patio, with the beach just steps away.

On the patio, for your use, is a new, top of the line, WEBER STAINLESS STEEL GAS GRILL, with owner supplied propane.
Our poolside patio table is ready for alfresco dining morning, noon and night….or serving hot dogs and burgers right from the grill as hungry kids hop out of the pool.

The living spaces and kitchen are completely equipped for easy living…two large comfy sofas, two chairs, an 2 ottomans, plus two pull out stools and a dining table for 10. There are 3 flat screen TVs, Roku, two Blu-Ray DVD players, broad band Internet and high speed WI-FI, with a computer desk for your use.

Large and spacious bedrooms include two bedrooms, with king size beds, one bedroom with two queen beds and one with three twin beds. Two bedrooms have their own private bath and two bedrooms share a bath with their own private entrance. All beds have high end brand name mattresses.

Three championship golf courses are just minutes away, including the prestigious Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage Classic on the PGA tour.

It is just a short walk down the beach to the Sea Pines Beach Club for drinks, lunch or dinner.

Guests receive discounts and delivery on bike rentals from Palmetto Bikes, Riding Tigers Bike Rentals and All American Bike Rentals. You may call and reserve ahead of time with our owner discount code.

Sea Pines popular bike trails begin at our road and will take you to the South Beach Marina Village and the popular Salty Dog Cafe or to Harbour Town for shopping, dining or strolling along the harbour beneath the famous red and white striped lighthouse.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 60 days before arrival will be refunded, if that week can be rebooked, minus a $350 rebooking fee.

COVID-19 POLICY: If beaches are closed due to Covid-19, you will receive full credit for the amount paid, to apply to future bookings.

Great Location! Fun time on HHI!

Our family has visited HHI since 1985 and have stayed all over the island. This location was so much fun for the kiddos to enjoy the short walk to the beach. The pool was the perfect size for everyone to enjoy. Debby was easy to work with and the process was a breeze. We had a great time!

Great week at the beach

The house was great. So close to the beach that it was easy to go back and forth and great view from the deck. Everything was exactly as the listing said it would be, and the owner was very responsive.

Family vacation

Great home for family vacation to HHI. Nice pool area and very short walk on private path to get to the beach. Owner Deborah was very responsible and very pleasant to work with.

Awesome Place

Great location, well accommodated. My wife, our two children and their spouses with a one year old had a fabulous time. The host was available for any and all questions. Highly recommend this house.

Best home to unwind in Sea Pines and enjoy beach and pool

What a perfect beach home for a girls week. Everything was great. Well equipped kitchen, wonderful patio with beach view, comfy beds, and close proximity to beach. Pool was amazing! Host was superb. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Highly recommend renting bikes as well.

Wonderful week in HHI!

This home was perfect for our family of 10. The floor plan was great with 3 bedrooms/2 baths on the lower level for the kids and their families with direct access to the pool and the master suite on the upper level with the living space. The pool was awesome and a reasonable price to heat. But the best part was the close proximity to the ocean. It was even closer than expected, making it easy to go back and forth. With all of this and the easy and helpful communication with the owner, we would definitely rent this home again!

The location of this property is great. Easy assess to beautiful beach. You can walk to Coligny Beach if you want. I debated about giving the 5 star because the heater for the pool wasn't working but the owner did everything possible to fix the problem.giving it 5sta

Week of fun on and off the beach

This house was perfect for young families. Our children and there families stayed in the 3 ground level bedrooms and my wife and I on the upper level where the kitchen, family room and dining room were located. The view from the second level deck was excellent. The heated pool was great for the grandchildren, many hours were spent at the pool and on the beach.

Incredible Location!

This home is everything it promises--incredible location, fun pool, and comfortable for our large family of seven and sister-in-law. We were there during Tropical Storm Debbie, but made the most of it. And Debby, the property manager, was more than gracious during the storm and checking in frequently to make sure we didn't need anything. We highly recommend.

We have found our new “Beach House” on Hilton Head Island. The location is perfection, our daily walk to the beach was effortless. Sitting on the upper deck with a calming view of the Ocean was a recurring gift everyday. The pool deck provided my family with hours of afternoon entertainment. The house itself is lovely, each bedroom is comfortable with ample space and comfort. The kitchen, while on the smaller side provided most everything we needed to prepare meals for the entire family. Sea Pines is the perfect location for our family adventures, Ice Cream in Harbor Town, Music at the Salty Dog, Biking on the trails all contributed to the perfect experience. Debby is a phenomenal host, always responsive and guest focused. We cannot wait to return!

Location was PERFECT

We loved the location of the property and Debby was wonderful to work with. The pool was a big plus! However, the house could use a thorough and deep cleaning. The couches were noticeably dirty and behind doors and in corners were in need of attention. The price was lower than others in the area so I guess you get what you pay for.

Great location inside of Sea Pines

We had two children and the location was excellent. We could sip coffee and see the ocean (small view) off of the porch in the morning. We rode bikes to Harbortown (~3mi), Coliginy Square (~2mi), and to the tip of the island to Salty Dog (~4mi). Overall, couldn't have been more pleased. Thanks!

Great location and owners that communicate and are responsive

The house is in a great neighborhood, 3 minute walk to the beach which is what I would call semi-private, much less crowded than the beaches in front of the condo complexes. Really enjoyed the pool, the deck and the patio. Bathrooms and kitchen are dated but I knew that going in, it was not an issue for me but one of the couples commented that they would have preferred more up to date bathrooms and kitchen. We had a great week and I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a Hilton Head beach vacation.

A Great House

This is a wonderful original Sea Pines house. As someone who has been visiting HHI since 1970, I loved it. It is in terrific shape and obviously well cared for by the owners. If you need huge bedrooms and bathrooms, this may not be your favorite, but it is completely usable, close to the beach, neat as a pin, and the pool is great. The owners are super nice and helped retrieve a left-behind boy's bathing suit. I am certain we will use this house again!

Lovely Beach Stay and Location

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It’s a bit older and could use a few upgrades but was super clean and well maintained. Beds were super comfortable… large windows in every room let in exceptional light. Water views from top floor and the pool was probably the best private pool I’ve ever been in. I loved having it right off my bedroom. Perfect water temperature in early May with heat. The beach was in the back yard. Super communication with the owner who responded immediately to every question. I loved this place and would definitely stay again.

Great Hidden Gem

We feel very fortunate to have found this beach house in Sea Pines. The house has 4 large bedrooms with 3 ensuite baths to easily accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. The upper deck with rocking chairs allowed relaxation with ocean views. Getting to the beach was a short walk-especially with 2 small children. The private swimming pool with waterfalls was a nice bonus as well. Our host Deborah was very attentive and checked on us throughout the week. At one point, we ran out of propane for the gas grill but she quickly had it replaced. We couldn't have asked for a better host.

Disappointed but owner great

Loud due to construction and difficult to get to beach excess. Deck rail not suitable for young children. House needs many updates stuck in 60's. Would not rent again. Had a moldy smell.

Why they chose this property

Only 60 yards, on private open space, from our house to the beach.

Our street has winding open roads, spacious lots, with open space attached to our property, which is unique to Sea Pines.

Close to the Ocean Gate, so very easy to get to everything on the island, including grocery stores, shops, golf courses etc., but once you turn onto our road, it is quiet and secluded. There is not any other area like this in Sea Pines.
BEST KEPT SECRET ON THE ISLAND!
