Cozy cottage get-away at Lake Winnipesaukee with swim access off dock

Cozy cottage get-away that fits up to 4 people with a view of the water from the cottage. The beach and entertainment just a short walk away, and a beautiful large deck across the street over Lake Winnipesaukee that you can swim off of and/or jump in off the diving board, enjoy our kayaks (2) and a paddleboard, take in the gorgeous views, watch all the fun activity on the water, the gazebo, and SO much more! We own this deck and it is shared with the house next door and no one else. There are also lots of great restaurants, ice cream places & miniature golf that are all walking distance from the cottage. *Must climb stairs to get to dock or walk down street and back which will take about 10 minutes vs 3-5 minutes using path/stairs*

Please ensure all pots/pans/dishes/cups/utensils are clean and nothing is left throughout the cottage or in the sink that still needs to be washed.
All items that can be reused by future guests without potentially spreading germs can remain, but please dispose of food already partially consumed (ex. Left-overs).
Please shut the futon if you used it and also turn off the heat or AC unless there are extreme temperatures.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you have more than 1 car, you can park 1 more in front of the cottage "on the pavement". No other parking is available on our street.
