Family Friendly Two BR OCMD Condo Bay Side with Pool

Come stay at Gull Way Villas for your next Ocean City vacation. This condo offers a central location to the boardwalk, beach, and Jolly Rogers in a family friendly community. Everything is only a short walk away. Did we mention there is also a beautiful community pool! We are close enough to everything but far enough away that you are not hearing traffic all night.

This 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom second floor unit has plenty of natural light and a balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. It can sleep 6. This unit has a large living room with a queen size pull out sofa. There are also 2 bedrooms. One that has a Queen Size bed and the second bedroom has Full over Full Bunk Beds. Please note that the bunk beds are rated for 400 pounds each level.

When it's time for food, the kitchen is available for you to prepare a meal. Clean up is easier with a dishwasher. The dining table seats four and is open to the living room area.

The home also includes WiFi and a cable television on a Smart TV with Disney +. Washer and dryer are also available in the condo.

This property does not allow pets or smoking and only rents to individuals 25 years of age or older.

We require a two night minimum off season and a three night minimum during the season. Check in at 3pm and Checkout by 11am

Linens (sheets and towels ) are not included. You can either bring your own or we can suggest a local linen service. There are blankets and pillows on site.

Lastly, as noted the condo association does not allow pets by anyone other than the deeded owner. That being said, we have had our dog in the condo.

Helped make our first time stay enjoyable and easy!!!

Enjoyed our stay was very close to the Jolly Roger amusement as well as the beach and other eateries. Management of the property stayed in communication and responded quickly to messages. Would definitely use them again. Very family oriented.

Not recommended for families traveling with little ones

This would have been a perfect stay had I not brought my kids. There is only 1 television with very limited channels and the neighbor downstairs claims my children sounded like they were “coming through the ceiling”. Although we weren’t in the condo most of our trip, only while we were getting ready in the mornings and eating breakfast. Also, the air conditioning broke the day we arrived. No compensation was offered and the room with the queen bed, where myself and my husband slept, was unbearable when the sun came up in the mornings. Diane is very nice but I do feel like more should have been done about not having air.
