About this property

Charming cottage in green and quiet area, close to the city

Note charming cottage is located close to the Royal Bastide of Villefranche-de-Rouergue, at the crossroads of tourist routes and hiking trails of Rouergue.
The gîte is located in an independent annex to our house. Able to accommodate 3 or 4 people, it consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchenette and private terraces.
The complex has been completely renovated recently and is tastefully decorated.
Les Terrasses is a restful gîte surrounded by greenery, and at the same time close to the city and the magnificent Thursday morning market.

Beau gîte sur 2 niveaux avec beaucoup de cachet. Chrambre très fraîche et apprécier par fortes chaleur Attention aux escaliers pour les personnes avec des difficultés de mobilité. Bon accueil du propriétaire disponible.

Sejour très agréable

L'appartement est très proche du centre ville. Non véhiculés, nous avons pu tout faire à pied : visite de la bastide, et des environs facilement accessibles en train/bus (Najac, Figeac, etc). Nous avons apprécié les différents espaces (salon/salle à manger, terrasses), et la fraicheur de la chambre, très bienvenue en temps de canicule. Jean-Marie et sa femme ont été très accueillants et disponibles. La confiture de prunes maison est délicieuse !

Séjour agréable

Séjour agréable au sein du gîte. Propriétaire arrangeant. La voie ferrée se situe juste à côté mais cela nous a peu dérangé étant très peu à demeure. Les escaliers sont très abrutes même si bébé ne marchait pas plutôt dangereux de les descendre avec bébé dans les bras. Gite atypique que je conseillerais plutôt en couple ou entre amis.

Bonjour, merci pour votre venue. Effectivement le train qui passe est très discret, peu fréquent, et ne passe pas la nuit.
