Our cool and cozy brand new 2 bed apartment is ideal for families and couples. Great location, bus stop to NYC only a few steps away. Commute to Time Square only 20 Minutes. Apartment has queen bed, single bed and a queen sofa bed.

We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 15:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

Great Accommodations, very close to NYC

Perfect place to explore the area. Restaurants and coffe all in waking distance. Uber took 20 min taking the tunnel to downtown New York

NYC on a budget? Stay here!

This apartment was CLEAN, PEST FREE, CLOSE TO NYC and COMFORTABLE. Claudia provided all information and service you could possibly need and in a very timely manner. We paid much less than for a city hotel room and had all the conveniences, privacy and amenities of home. The location relative to the buses was perfect! Can’t recommend enough! We hope we will be back.

Convenient location for trips to NYC

My family and I stayed at this apartment for a 3 day visit to NYC. The location is convenient because there is a bus stop directly across the street that takes you to the Port Authority Terminal. The unit itself is clean, has all the necessities and they are in good working order. The only thing I would say is that the pull out couch is pretty small and barely just fit my youngest 2 children.

Good location to NYC. Everything was functional (hot water, heat, lighting, etc.). Rooms were clean upon arrival. This unit could really use a bathroom and kitchen remodeling as the rest of the apartment appears to be updated.Communication was great. Very quick and responsive. This really helped.Parking is available for 16.42 per day. Washer/dryer is in a separate building and has specific hours.This specific unit is right next to the main entrance of the building so you will hear people entering/exiting and hanging out outside along a main road which can get loud at times. Rooms are pretty small but they work. This is a cost-efficient option if you have multiple travelers in your group.

NYC Vacation
