Relaxation awaits in this newly remodeled Lakehouse nestled in the woods with 160 ft of frontage on a beautiful, no wake lake. Excellent swimming with crystal clear water, sandy bottom and beach with a gradual water depth increase (great for swimming kids); great fishing too (even off the pier)! Water Hammock, swim island and long pier.
Inside you will find 5 bedrooms and 2 baths with large kitchen, oversized dining room and great room with vaulted ceilings and oversized windows and patio doors overlooking the lake. Lower level family room and bar are great for gathering. Additionally, this property has some amazing outdoor areas to offer including 12' wide full length deck towards the lake with glass railings, several large patios, gazebos and a oversized 3 season room, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors in any weather!
Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets and the serenity of nature. Listen to the calls of the loons while sitting by the outdoor fireplace. Soak in the hot tub. Enjoy the outdoor shower. You won't find many properties like this!!

We rent our Lakehouse because we have active teenagers and can't always be there to enjoy our little slice of paradise. We have enjoyed seeing the joy from our renters and renting helps pay for our expenses too! We live in Oshkosh, which is about 45 minutes away from the property. We truly hope that each of our renters has a great experience and leaves feeling refreshed!

Waupaca gives you the true up north feel, but allows you to be close enough to many restaurants, breweries and activities that you might want. Looking around, there is never a lack of natural beauty.

What makes this property unique

The lake is clean, peaceful and relaxing. The swimming and fishing are amazing. Our sandy beach with gradual entry into the water makes it great for adults and children. The house is clean, updated and well maintained and doesn't leave you wanting anything more. The finished outdoor spaces (gazebos, decks, patios and covered porches) allow you to truly enjoy the outdoors!
