House of 145 m2 living space on 2500m2 land located in the countryside 10 minutes from the center of Nantes.
It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large living room, fitted kitchen, 1 large garage with washing machine and dryer.
The house is ideal for 2 couples and 4 children.
Outside a very large terrace of 150 m2 with swimming pool (salt) of 9x4.5.
For children, garden shed, swing, table tennis and trampoline are available and for adults a large pétanque court. A gas barbecue (Webber) is also available.
The house is ideally located 10 minutes by car from the center of Nantes and 40 minutes from the beaches (Pornic, St Brevin, La Bernerie).
Beautiful rides are to be made by bike around the lake of great place located 200 meters as the crow flies.

Superb holiday, beautiful setting, and wonderful hosts. We really had a great holiday and the facilities were first rate. Pool, table tennis, petanque, darts for a great time on site, and short drives to Pornic and Nantes make this a really great location. Wonderful Super-U very close too. Thanks for the memories B&K.

A beautiful bungalow with pool

The property was even better than what the photographs make it look. We had 8 of us staying and it was a perfect family time, enjoying the weather and the superb outdoor lounging and seating area. The pool was lovely and looks great at night with the lights on. The hosts were so friendly and covered what we needed to know, then left us to enjoy the property. Would definitely recommend as a great place.

Un excellent séjour, les propriétaires très agréables. La maison un paradis pour les enfants avec une magnifique piscine. Franchement rien à dire de négatif. De magnifiques endroit aux alentours Pornic, Nantes, planète sauvage, terra botanique, les vignes. Un grand merci aux propriétaires.

Excellent Séjour au calme pour une famille avec enfants

Très belle maison au calme avec tout le nécessaire pour se distraire ( terrain pétanque, piscine, trampoline... ) et avec un vrai confort pour les vacances ( le fameux Ti-Punch Bar avec son coin cuisine... et une maison très bien agencée). Les propriétaires sont toujours disponible et ils ont un contact très sympathique. Nous recommandons cette villa pour passez d'agréables vacances.

Paradis pour les enfants.

Location parfaite avec des enfants. Il ne manque absolument rien aussi bien pour les jeux extérieurs que dans la salle de jeux. Piscine impeccable, chauffée et au sel. Petit bémol pour le rideau de protection un peu difficile à attacher pour mon mari. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, nous recommandons fortement cette location. Nous sommes des grands-parents qui avons emmené quatre de nos petits-enfants, nous n'avons jamais regretté cette location malgré la météo assez maussade.

Deux semaines de vacances passées au calme début août

Maison spacieuse, fonctionnelle (volets roulants électriques, garage couvert disponible) et très claire (3 larges baies vitrées dans le séjour). Ne pas se soucier de la proximité de l'aéroport qui ne dérange pas le calme du grand jardin sans aucun vis à vis. Piscine au sel chauffée à 28°C, fort apréciable car même en août les nuits étaient quand même fraîches. Linge fourni : très appréciable pour restreindre les valises. Nous avons pu retarder notre départ jusqu'à 14h (retour de congés des propriétaires) ce qui nous a permis d'éviter les bouchons (Merci encore à eux).

Superbe maison pour vacances en famille

Nous avons passé 1 semaine très agréable dans cette maison spacieuse et très bien équipée. La maison est très moderne et décorée avec goût. Des jeux sont mêmes disponibles en grand nombre pour les enfants. Le jardin, très grand, comporte aussi de nombreux jeux : buts de foot, panneau de basket, maisonnette, balançoire, toboggan, trampoline, table de ping-pong et superbe piscine. De plus, des vélos sont à disposition, ce qui est pratique pour se balader dans les environs. L’environnement est très calme, les commerces sont à proximité et Nantes est accessible en 15mn. Les propriétaires ont été très disponibles et très réactifs à nos questions. Bref, tous les atouts sont réunis pour un séjour parfait: à louer les yeux fermés !
