Our century-old home was renovated into a duplex, with two private 3-bed/2-bath spaces. Tucked away on a hill, you’ll enjoy the perfect combination of walk-ability when you want to explore and a retreat when you wish to relax. One side of the duplex is permanently occupied, while the other side is open to guests. The home features separate entrances/exits accessed by keypad with code. This offers complete privacy and personal access to the entire side of the duplex.

- Master Attic bedroom with king sized bed, private bathroom + personal thermostat
- 44in Smart TV in living room
- Full kitchen appliances + fully stocked kitchen

- 10 mins walk to grocery store and/or restaurants
- High Speed WiFi
Please no smoking inside of home or on porches.
Renting or using a car? There's a car port, with one covered spot and one parking pad. In order to maintain a safe home, we ask that only guests listed on the reservation enter & occupy the home.
