The first floor consists of large living room with a TV and a formal dining area, spacious kitchen, powder room and a mini 'gym' with basic equipment. The second floor has an entertainment room with a Projector with a 150" screen, reclining seats and surround sound. Futon in the entertainment room can be converted to a bed. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed with tempur- pedic mattress. The master bathroom has a tub and shower separately. The other three bedrooms comes with queen size beds. The guest bathroom has a combination tub and shower. A laundry room comes with a a washer and dryer unit. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. And if that is not enough the sofa downstairs converts into a full size sleeper

The back yard is spacious with a covered patio, that is perfect for relaxing with your family and company! BBQ grill is in the back yard for your use. There is also ample shade from the trees, planted with great care, that will help you stay cool and comfortable, in the Texas heat.

Free Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video (Regular subscription) Any additional purchases made will be charged to the guest.

Wonderful Stay

We came to SA for a family wedding and shared the home with our 3 children and their spouses. It had a comfortable living, dining room and kitchen, and all the couples had their own bedrooms. It was convenient to the airport, church and grocery stores and restaurants. Our hosts were great at communicating and the place was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this stay.

Super Clean and Comfortable

I am very picky about cleanliness, and I can say this property was spotless. The Master Bedroom and Bath were very spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We did not cook there, but enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the covered patio. We experienced a power outage overnight caused by a passing thunderstorm, and Liz was quick to communicate with the power company. She kept us informed about when the power would be restored. The neighborhood was quiet and one where we felt safe.

Good home

The home overall was good. Inside the home it was clean and organized. If you have kids it is not baby proof all. A lot of things they can break/get into. There were a lot of rotting pears full of bugs on the ground outside that we had to pick up so the toddler wouldn’t eat them and the kids could play back there. The house is near a lot of amenities and only 20 minutes from the Alamo and River walk.

Family vacation

My family and I come to San Antonio to visit my sister's grandchildren each year. It was 4 of us and it was so nice for each of us to have our own bedrooms. My sister's grands came over to spent the weekend with us as well. The kids loved the house and the back yard. There was so much space for them to play inside and out. The home was very comfortable with lots of living space. It has a large living room and dining room with a very larger eat in kitchen. Our host was awesome to work with, she checked in on us several times. The neighborhood was great and really close to the shopping centers and restaurants. The home was really clean and felt like home. We make this trip once a year and planning on requesting this home next year.
