The house was very nice. Everything was clean and in great condition. The beds were comfortable. Lots of extras included--shampoo, body wash, clothes detergent, that kind of thing and not sample sizes either. There were extra outlets in the bedrooms for cell phone chargers and such. We really enjoyed staying at this property.

This was an absolutely perfect location from lackland to see my son’s graduation. The neighborhood was nice and the house was perfect. The yard was great to hangout and grill. Felipe the host was absolutely amazing! If I could give him 6 stars I would. During our stay he reached out to see if we needed anything and if there was anything he would make sure to get it to us. We had a tough end of stay because my daughter ended up with the flu and we had a later flight and Felipe said we could stay longer then the check out time because there was no one else coming that day. Overall if you’re looking for an amazing place this is it!

This was the perfect place to stay for our family reunion. Felipe had the home well supplied with basic supplies and then some. This was a perfect place for us, while we were in San Antonio for our son’s Air Force Basic Training graduation. Perfect spot!! Host checked in on us by text to make sure we had everything we needed as well, which we did. They even had stadium chairs that we were able to use for the graduation ceremony.

We stayed here because it was close to Lackland Air Force and our son was graduating BMT. The pictures listed are accurate. The bedrooms were nice sized. The only thing I can complain about is that the pillows in the master bedroom are not comfortable. Thankfully I had brought from home a pillow for our car ride. Otherwise it was a great space and comfortable space to stay

Great Location for BMT graduation

We rented this for our sons BMT graduation and it was a great location. We loved that there was a grill and we could just come back chill and listen to his stories. Highly recommend this place!

My wife and I have been married since 1992 and we're originally from Los Angeles CA. We moved to San Antonio in 2005 and have been very happy here. We have two young adults who have recently graduated from UTSA at San Antonio and Texas A&M at San Antonio. We started hosting guests around 2015 in our primary home after we had downsized. We didn't want to rent our home the traditional way (long term) so we thought this might be a better alternative. We really got the idea after a personal experience in 2009 when we rented a home in Mexico through this same platform. We enjoy hosting guests and take great pride to ensure every experience meets our travellers expectations.

We have been in the short term rental business since 2015 and have had an opportunity to host over 100 guests. We understand what you are looking for and we take great care to ensure that our home is in excellent condition every time. Since were local residents we able to quickly respond to any requests. We are continually looking for opportunities to hence and improve our home and we welcome suggestions from our guests. We love providing superior accommodations and we hope you choose our home.
