In a small fishing village hidden in the hollow of the valley, beautiful owner's house 200 m² on the beach.
Clean lines, spacious on the ground floor very bright without partitions.
4 bedrooms upstairs + sofa bed on the ground floor, 1 bathroom per floor,
House easy and very pleasant to live.
Sea view from the living room and the garden.
Double access by the beach or the village.
Garden landscaped with flowers and trees village side, very quiet because access for residents.
Grands Sables beach at 50 meters at the end of the garden.

Jolie maison spacieuse et très agréable juste à côté de la plage sur une île magnifique

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine fin août avec nos 4 enfants (entre 3 et 8 ans), nous étions à notre aise aves les grandes chambres à l’étage et il restait encore le canapé lit du salon de libre. Vaste salon très agréable en particulier l’espace derrière la grande baie vitrée permettant d’admirer la mer. Maison trés bien équipée facile à vivre et bien entretenue, à la jolie décoration épurée et bien adaptée pour de petits enfants. Nous avons également apprécié la petite épicerie, savons etc pour ne pas devoir faire les courses dès notre arrivée, ce qui contribue à l’impression d’être chez soi! Le grand jardin permet d’accéder à la plage à moins de 100 m. Tous les magnifiques sites de l’île sont à moins d’1/2 h en voiture, nous sommes tombés sous le charme de Belle-Ile. Club de voile pour les enfants à moins de 2 km. Les propriétaires sont trés prévenants lors de la réservation et trés accueillants à l’arrivée. Bref, un excellent séjour qui donne envie de revenir. S’il fallait améliorer quelques petits détails ce serait de rajouter le wifi à la box internet pour ne pas avoir à venir avec son switch wifi et une terrasse en dur côté jardin plutôt que les graviers pour mieux en profiter, quelque jeux pour enfants dans le jardin seraient aussi bienvenus.
