Very nice holiday house nearby the beach

We had a great stay in this house which is located on walking distance from the beach and supermarkets. With a nice garden and large pool. The house is equiped with all the luxery you can imagine for a great stay

Great apartment has everything you need.The pool was great for cooling off from the hot temperatures.Plenty of places to eat out and a supermarket at the end of the road for all your essentials.We hope to stay again next year. We would definitely recommend.

Love our stay here . Definitely got it right about 11 mins walk to the beach. Lovely restaurant s and Beautiful beach. Super market 3 mins walk from house. Security gates at front.. definitely be back

Excellent apartment with pool.

Having stayed in Armacao de Pera numerous times previously I have to say this apartment was one of the best. Everything about it was great and the pool was an added bonus for those really hot days where you could have a dip to cool down. Frias was very quick to respond to any questions we had which was also great. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Fantastic

The property was wonderful,very spacious,and everything had been thought of,we didn't need more.very friendly Rosa met us there,we had fun trying to understand each other!the swimming pool and garden were lovely,we had it to ourselves.we were very lucky with hot weather.we can't wait to come again.

Great apartment 10mins from beach

A really enjoyable stay. The apartment is well equipped, especially the kitchen. The delta coffee machine was a welcome addition. Big fridge and freezer too. The pool starts around 1meter so not good for small kids. There is a supermarket nearby and plenty of options for dining out. The beach is only 10mins walk away. Zoomarine is nearly too with a taxi ride costing about €12. Highly recommended location.

The property was lovely with some great outdoor space with a table and chairs / loungers. The kitchen was really well equipped and made it was very easy to cook a few meals. Nice open plan living downstairs with lounge and dining room. It is a 3 minute walk to a big supermarket and about a 10 minute walk to the main beach and restaurants which means there is no need to drive unless you want to. We hired a car and visited various places as it was great base to head out from as it has secure parking. The pool is nice although we didn’t use it as the weather wasn’t quite warm enough. The host was great at communicating and the check in and out process was really straightforward. I would happily recommend this place to family or friends and found it ideal as it was somewhere quiet (April), which is a short walk from the more lively centre / beach.

Well-equipped apartment with nice pool

The apartment was spacious, cool, comfortable and clean (though we had to kill a few ants). The TV had a few English channels. The beds were comfortable and the pillow soft. The kitchen was well-equipped. The pool clean and warm (sun all day). Some noise from music-lover across the road, and barking dogs. Good security. Location convenient for supermarkets. Used Portuguese to English online translator to read owners messages.

Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying in this apartment! I came there with my mum and 3 children 4,7 and 10 years old and we all loved it!!! Apartment was very clean and had everything you would need. Communication with the host was very good. Frias was always very helpful and he responded quickly to any of my messages. TV and Wifi all worked well. Very short walk to the shop and to the beach. There is a lot to see! We went to a water park , to Zoomarine, to Lagos and on a boat trip to see Benagil cave. They also organize trips to Fatima and many more! Algarve is absolutely beautiful! I will be coming back.

Das Haus war wie beschrieben, die Anlage top und die Übergabe mit Rosa hat super geklappt. Fernand hat immer schnell geantwortet und war sehr bemüht.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden wieder dort Urlaub machen.

O relvado da piscina é excelente, com muito espaço e super agradavel. a casa é grande, perfeita para 4 pessoas, com uma sala muito confortavel. Bem servida no que diz respeito a utensílios de cozinha, fogareiro, espreguiçadeiras, maquina de café Delta, SmartTV. tem ar condicionado num dos quartos e na sala. O Continente fica no final da rua. Infelizmente apanhámos vizinhos bastantes barulhentos nas casas ao lado, que fizeram bastante ruído todos os dias a horas como 2 ou 7 da manhã, e o som ouvia-ve muito nos quartos, principalmente o barulho de portadas e janelas. Apesar de haver obras na estrada em frente, o pó das portadas podia também ser limpo pelo menos uma vez por semana.No geral, a nossa avaliação é bastante posítiva e recomendo esta casa a outros viajantes.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in den Haus. Unsere Erwartung sind erfüllt worden. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Gartenanlage und der Pool sind gepflegt. Eigener Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vohanden.
