Beautiful apartment type semi-detached house of 90m2 on 2 floors, closed and quiet residence consisting of 10 semi-detached houses. Ideal for families, couples, friends !!! it has 2 bedrooms (1 with 160x200 bed), 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 terraces each overlooking the pool and green areas. It has an outdoor parking space, but closed in the compound of the residence. Conveniently located near the city center, the beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The tranquility while still 7 minutes walk from the beach and the city.

The property was lovely with some great outdoor space with a table and chairs / loungers. The kitchen was really well equipped and made it was very easy to cook a few meals. Nice open plan living downstairs with lounge and dining room. It is a 3 minute walk to a big supermarket and about a 10 minute walk to the main beach and restaurants which means there is no need to drive unless you want to. We hired a car and visited various places as it was great base to head out from as it has secure parking. The pool is nice although we didn’t use it as the weather wasn’t quite warm enough. The host was great at communicating and the check in and out process was really straightforward. I would happily recommend this place to family or friends and found it ideal as it was somewhere quiet (April), which is a short walk from the more lively centre / beach.

Excellent apartment with pool.

Having stayed in Armacao de Pera numerous times previously I have to say this apartment was one of the best. Everything about it was great and the pool was an added bonus for those really hot days where you could have a dip to cool down. Frias was very quick to respond to any questions we had which was also great. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Great apartment 10mins from beach

A really enjoyable stay. The apartment is well equipped, especially the kitchen. The delta coffee machine was a welcome addition. Big fridge and freezer too. The pool starts around 1meter so not good for small kids. There is a supermarket nearby and plenty of options for dining out. The beach is only 10mins walk away. Zoomarine is nearly too with a taxi ride costing about €12. Highly recommended location.

The apartment was spacious, cool, comfortable and clean (though we had to kill a few ants). The TV had a few English channels. The beds were comfortable and the pillow soft. The kitchen was well-equipped. The pool clean and warm (sun all day). Some noise from music-lover across the road, and barking dogs. Good security. Location convenient for supermarkets. Used Portuguese to English online translator to read owners messages.

We had a great time staying in this apartment! I came there with my mum and 3 children 4,7 and 10 years old and we all loved it!!! Apartment was very clean and had everything you would need. Communication with the host was very good. Frias was always very helpful and he responded quickly to any of my messages. TV and Wifi all worked well. Very short walk to the shop and to the beach. There is a lot to see! We went to a water park , to Zoomarine, to Lagos and on a boat trip to see Benagil cave. They also organize trips to Fatima and many more! Algarve is absolutely beautiful! I will be coming back.

Fantastic apartment, ideal location!

Really fantastic apartment over 2 floors with balcony & lovely terrace perfect for dining and sunbathing. Everything we needed, comfy beds. Beautiful pool, in the sunshine all day and lots of garden space surrounding the pool. 5 minute walk to supermarket & less than 10min walk to the beach. Satellite TV wasn't working but we could watch TV via WiFi. The area is lovely with a gorgeous beach and lots of nice restaurants. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die schön eingerichtete Wohnung und der Pool sind gut gepflegt. Supermarkt ist zu 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Strände der Algarve Küste sind großartig, der fußläufig zu er reichende Strand ist nicht unser Ding gewesen.
