Imóvel bem localizado para transitar de transporte público pela cidade. Novo, Boa infraestrutura, excelente condominio, roupas de cama e banho adequadas para utilização, eletrodoméstico adequados para utilização e utensílios de cozinha precisam ser revistos!!
