Great penthouse duplex apartment, cozy atmosphere, walk in the sand!
With two bedrooms, capacity to receive up to 07 people. Both bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fan. All other rooms are equipped with fans.
Private full kitchen on top, equipped with all basic appliances, plus blender, microwave, sandwich maker and electric kettle. With large terrace and barbecue outside the apartment.
We leave at your disposal beach chairs and umbrella.
We also provide bed linen and bath towels.
WiFi and cable TV available.
Building with adult and children's pool, plus barbecue in the common area.
Direct access to the beach.
One car place in covered garage.
Centrinho de Ingleses 10 minutes with several options of restaurants, ice cream shops, shops, bars etc for your leisure and fun.
Food Park in front of the building, just cross the street!
Pedalo Market 200 meters away where you can do your basic shopping.
Italian ice cream shop Monte Pelmo at 500m.
