The charm of a wooden construction and the comfort of a contemporary home. This house is near the beautiful beach of Grande Anse, and the typical fishing village of Deshaies. Site conducive to calm, relaxation and discovery of the lush nature of the Basse Terre and its great virgin beaches.

Capacity: 4 people
Surface: 170 m2 plus a deck and an outdoor relaxation area with lounge and 2 sunbeds.

Layout of the villa: 1 large ventilated room overlooking the terrace with bathroom, a second ventilated bedroom with bathroom and toilet. Living room with open kitchen, large terrace with sea view and not overlooked. Infinity pool and garden of 1600 m2 for private use. Rooms equipped with mosquito nets

Kitchen equipment: gas hob 4 burners, dishwasher, combi oven, American fridge, espresso machine, blender, toaster.
Living room equipment: television with Orange TV, radio, wifi internet.
Other equipment: washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Linen provided: sheets, towels, tea towels. Beach towels are not provided.

A plastic icebox is available (shopping, picnic ...)
