The Space

Step inside The Heel House and discover a bright, airy atmosphere filled with natural light. The charming decor--a mix of antiques, vintage pieces, and modern touches--create an inviting and cozy environment, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The main living area is ideal for gathering, while a dedicated workspace is available for those needing to stay connected.

**We are pet friendly, but we have a two dog maximum unless approved by host. There is a $150 pet fee that will be verified in your reservation.**

Downstairs Layout:

-Living Room: A comfortable space to relax and socialize.
-Dining Area: Perfect for group meals.
-Kitchen: Fully equipped for your culinary needs, featuring a drip coffee maker.
-Bedroom 1: Outfitted with a cozy queen bed.
-Bathroom: A full hall bath with a convenient walk-in shower.

Upstairs Layout:

-Primary Bedroom (Bedroom 2): A spacious retreat with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks and a walk-in shower.
-Bedroom 3: Contains two single beds.
-Bedroom 4: Features a pull-out king bed and a dedicated workspace.
-Bathroom: A second full hall bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combo.

*There is a sound machine provided in each bedroom to cover any morning traffic noise.

Included Supplies: linens, coffee, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, basic cooking oil, salt & pepper, and laundry and dish detergents

Guest Access

There is an attached apartment on this property, but guests will have full and private access to the entire main house. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, the private patio, and the driveway for parking. You will have your own private entrance, ensuring a completely separate and personal stay.

Other Details to Note

-Attached Apartment: Please be aware that our home has an attached one-bedroom apartment, the `Heel House Apartment,` with its own separate and private entrance. It is possible another guest may be staying in that unit during your visit. There is plenty of parking and privacy for all visitors, and there are no shared outdoor common areas.
-Booking Both Units: If you are interested in renting the apartment as well as the house for a larger group, please search for `Walk to UNC & Stadiums` on this platform. You will need to check availability and book it separately.
-Potential for Noise: Due to our fantastic, central location, you may experience some traffic noise in the morning as the city wakes up.
