We enjoyed our weekend stay at this charming home. The check-in was easy and the directions to the property were direct. The host was easy to communicate with during the booking process. The house is a quick drive to the UNC campus, which we appreciated. The kitchen was well-equipped if you want to prepare meals while there. This house has everything you need for your stay. The property is very clean and decorated very nicely. There were only two of us for this trip, but a family of four would work easily too! We will keep this spot in mind for future trips to Chapel Hill!

Great host, very responsive! Beautiful little home felt like a private retreat in the woods! We were there for medical case at Duke University Hospital and having such beautiful accommodations helped ease the stress.

The place was exactly what I was looking for. It was clean, quaint and spacious with all the amenities you need. The bedrooms and closet space would be great for a week long stay. We were only there 3 nights. It's close to everything UNC, which was a plus since we were there for the UNC/DUKE game. Only issue (and not taking away from the rental) is that Uber couldn't locate the rental. We had to walk a block and a half to meet them. Anyway. 5 stars and the host was extremely helpful. Will stay again next year if it's available same time.
