About this property

Historic two story stucco house and cottage in the heart of Summerville with fabulous floor plan and just 3 miles from Augusta National, less than 2 miles from Surrey Center and walking distance to some neighborhood restaurants. The main home features hardwood floors throughout and 10+ foot ceilings. Downstairs, there is a gourmet kitchen, dining room and three separate living areas (two have televisions) with sonos surround sound. Upstairs, you will find four well appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is in the cottage directly behind the main house and features a full bath, sitting area with television and kitchenette. There are five or six beds available (one room offers two twins or one king). The back porch offers lounge furniture, a dining table and wraps around to the sunroom.
