Appartement désuet dans immeuble vieillot et mal entretenu
Appartement désuet: forte odeur de moisi dans la salle de bain (pas de ventilation), kitchenette très basique comme on en voit plus (évier si petit qu'il est difficile d'y faire la vaisselle), vaisselle trouvée salle dans les placards, literie propre mais de mauvaise qualité (lits mous).
Immeuble vieillot et en grand besoin de rénovations: pas de lumière dans notre couloir du 3ème étage, beaucoup de fêtes tous les soirs (verres cassés et bouteilles de bière vides trouvées dans les couloirs - pas l'environnement idéal avec des enfants), un gros chien malheureux qui pleurait une partie de la nuit dans l'appartement d'à côté.
Pour couronner le tout un accueil détestable de la conciergerie (Carole).
Seul point positif (d'où les deux étoiles): la situation à Falaise, un mini village dans le village, un peu a l'écart de la rue principale mais avec boulangerie, deux restaurants, loueurs de skis et accès direct aux pistes.
A noter: contrairement aux apparences ce n'est pas une location de particuliers. Il s'agit d'une agence qui n'a pas réagi à mon commentaire sur l'état de l'appartement. Décevant.

L'appartement Douchka 304 est un appartement plutôt confortable et pour lequel nous avons régulièrement de bon retour
Le malaise vient probablement du fait que nous avons exigé une caution à votre arrivée alors que vous prétendiez ne pas être au courant ... et n'avoir pas eu connaissance de nos conditions générales, pourtant acceptées et envoyées par Homelidays à 2 reprises ..

Il perfetto nido per gustarsi le Alpi
L'appartamento nel residence Douchka è perfetto per passare qualche giorno isolati sulla neve, è accessoriato di quasi tutto ciò che può servire, è silenzioso e tranquillo e la vista è non male per essere solo un terzo piano. Comodo ai commerci, è possibile ordinare cibo a domicilio tramite Deliveroo e la comunicazione con l'affittuaria e con la persona di riferimento è stata semplice e immediata.
La grandezza è comoda quanto basta per due persone, TV e internet sono fornite così come anche i primi beni di necessità. Avrebbe potuto tornare utile del sapone per il bagno e per i piatti, un detergente per le pulizie e dei sacchetti per la differenziata, ma è davvero l'unica cosa su cui ci siamo dovuti arrangiare un minimo; mettete in conto di portarne da casa o di acquistarlo in loco e poi portarlo via con voi.
