Our Family Pond House

ATTENTION: All surfaces and linens are sanitized and the property is vacant for 24 hours after cleaning.
Lovely ranch style home, located in a wooded setting. Very casual atmosphere. Beautiful pond view. The driveway winds across the pond dam and up to the home. Entry is thru the carport and into the kitchen. Internet. Hall bath has shower stall. Master bath has tub/ shower combo. Master and one other bedroom have queen beds. Two twin beds in third bedroom. Livingroom has sofa, 2 swivel glider club chairs, easy chair and a recliner
Sunroom with dinette.
Towels provided. Coffee maker, microwave, cooking and dining utensils.
PLEASE NOTE: The Pond is not stocked, we allow catch and release fishing only.
The Buck Stove in the LR is not functional.

This is an exceptional home away from home property. It is well stocked with everything you could need and several things you didn’t even know you needed!The house is very clean and neat. The artwork on the walls is amazing. And the range in the kitchen will astound you. Conveniently placed for excellent nearby attractions and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We will be back to this peaceful haven of tranquility soon!

Perfect for a girl getaway!

The pond house was perfect for our girls getaway weekend. It’s very conveniently located to Callaway Gardens, and Warm Springs. The house is cozy and well stocked. We would definitely want to stay again And we would recommend it to anyone Looking for quiet and relaxation.

This is our second time to stay at this lovely country home. Had 2 mature ladies on this trip that needed an easy entrance ( no or few stairs) We had a wonderful time and this charming house is peacefully quiet and restful. All enjoyed the trip to see lights.
