Welcome to Downtown Farmhouse! After walking into this updated 1930's house, it is easy to feel right at home. The charming farmhouse details include beautifully refinished hardwood floors and vintage furniture pieces. These details make the space warm and easy to enjoy. Downtown farmhouse has a large, updated galley style kitchen. It is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs. Additionally, the kitchen space offers a quiet breakfast nook, the perfect place to fuel up for a day of exploration.

This home features one bedroom and one bath on the main level and two bedrooms and one bath upstairs. Bedroom 1 on the main level includes a queen bed and an attached bathroom. The main level bath can be accessed through the bedroom or through the kitchen. This large bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Heading up the beautiful solid wood stairs you will find the additional bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a very comfortable king bed with an office nook. Bedroom 3 features two twin beds in an adorable and cheery room, perfect for children. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Downtown Farmhouse offers a beautiful, fully fenced backyard perfect for children or your furry travel companion, as this home is pet friendly! The shaded, tree lined yard also has a gas grill and a picnic table, perfect for enjoying an evening meal.

Cutest little farmhouse

This was a great place for us. Every box was checked - clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, nice yard for the dog and convenient to everything. We will come back!

Cozy cottage- great location!

We had absolutely great time at the property that was so close to everything! We walked downtown, to the grocery store and even to Granny’s (great restaurant)! We loved our time in Cody!

Beautiful and comfortable house with cozy atmosphere. Parking in front and out back. Nice backyard. Watch your head going upstairs or downstairs due to low ceiling. Within walking distance of downtown. Great service!

Nice vacation rental

Awesome home. My wife and I enjoyed the downstairs bedroom, however, the upstairs gets a little warm in the summer. Definitely not a deal breaker though. Easy walking to downtown town. Quite neighborhood. Even a view of the mountain pass to Yellowstone.

Comfortable and close to everything

Cute little vintage house. All the amenities you needed. Great fenced in yard area for fur babies. Walkable distance to downtown . Close enough to Yellowstone to do a day trip and back. The stampede Rodeo was fantastic! The shopping and restaurants were plentiful. Grandkids loved the shoot out at the Irma Hotel. Cody Craft Brewing was excellent. Visited by the deer in the mornings!

Cody Downtown Farmhouse

This place was just darling!!!! We loved how they renovated this old home-simply beautiful. The yard was great for our dogs and the deer loved the front yard! Location was fabulous and the beds were so comfortable. Had everything we needed and more! Thank you for putting so much love into this sweet home and for sharing.

Cody Family Reunion

We enjoyed our family reunion so much! It was fun to get to know cousins we’ve not seen in many many years. Stories from long ago and new friendships will always be in our hearts. The downtown farmhouse was so perfect for a relaxing environment—- clean, pretty, comfortable, — it was a great place!! We would highly recommend a stay here!

House was great! Very cute, clean and comfortable! Super cute updated house! Kitchen was stocked well with lots of extras! Bed upstairs was comfortable, bathrooms were clean! Yard was awesome for the dogs! There was a Mr Coffee Pot and Folgers coffee ( no Keurig - we pack our own )(There are stairs - and it took us a minute to find the W/D in basement)( my only minor complaints would be there aren’t any extra supplies - no garbage bags, paper towels or counter cleaner but the house is an awesome place to stay and Cody is a darling town )

Home away from home

It was a cute farmhouse in a quiet neighborhood. It had all anyone would need to cook and most things you may forget. All newly updated! The beds were so comfortable! Conveniently located to most attractions. Would stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Thanks for giving us such a cozy home away from home!

Very clean and nice home. The only real drawback is the upstairs bedroom with the king size bed requires some head ducking to maneuver around. Not something I would recommend if you are a tall individual.

Slippery shower/tub

We enjoyed our stay, the location was easy to walk to downtown and the accommodations were nice. Three things to be mindful of. Upstairs king bedroom has slanted ceilings that make getting out of bed without hitting your head difficult. Stairs are narrow, steep and with low ceilings. Lastly, the downstairs tub/shower is very slippery. It needs skid strips or rubber anti slip mat and hand rails.

An okay stay

Overall it was an okay week long stay for the price we paid. The property has a lot of quirks- my husband is 6’3” and had a hard time reaching the microwave, yet everyone kept hitting their heads on the ceilings upstairs. None of the bathroom doors are actual doors they’re just sliding doors with a latch so there’s not much privacy. We were given vague/incorrect check in instructions before we arrived and had to figure out how to get in after an 18 hour travel day, in the dark and in the rain. When I messaged the host saying we couldn’t get in I received an automated response that I was reaching out during non business hours yet no one responded the next day (or ever) during business hours. But they were sure to contact us morning of check out to make sure we were leaving on time and cleaning before we left. We learned staying at property’s managed by a company just isn’t the same as someone who owns and actual cares about the property managing it. Our other family in town for our wedding had a better experience at their rental and arrived to a complimentary charcuterie board so at least sometimes you might get treated better by this management company just not us this time. I think we would have enjoyed our stay more if it hadn’t started on such a bad note.
