Located one block south of the main street of downtown Cody. This newly remodeled rental is in an excellent location and offers plenty of room. Sleeping up to six guests, this home has THREE bedrooms that feature King-size beds with ensuite bathroom, the third bedroom has a Queen-size Bed, plus a bathroom for common use. Large Living room. This is located North side of duplex facing Back Ave.

A modern, well appointed house in downtown Cody and close to everything. Loved having 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Served our family’s needs perfectly. Kitchen had everything one would need, but would have liked a Keurig type coffeemaker as well as the single pot model. The instructions could be improved to clarify that there are 2 homes on the property, an A and B side, and exactly which lockbox to locate the keys. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

Yes, the two properties 1508 A (where you were) & 1508 B are the City required addresses BUT VRBO for whatever reason will not recognize the two seperate addresses which messes up post office and so many more issues, i wont bore you. Not a huge issue now because we use 1508 B as our Cody home/office. Next year that changes because we are building another hour next door at 1502 that will have the same address issues and 1508 B becomes available but how do we navigate VRBOs stupid rules. Potential problems wirh VRBO but we will be here in operation regardless. Sorry to bore you with our VRBO issus.

We all were pleased with our stay. The three biggest things that are important to me is clean, comfortable beds, and good pillows. All three were met. Each bedroom had a bathroom, that was a plus. Location was perfect you could walk downtown Cody easily. I would definitely book this home again it has everything you need!
