We came for shows at Red Rock, only 20 min away! We had a couple easy questions for the host and they were quick to respond! We will definitely be staying here again!!
The property owner made check-in and check-out seamless. The property itself was fantastic—no picture can truly capture the cozy interior, the scenic view from the deck, and the incredible amenities, including the sauna and hot tub. Not to mention this is a great area to stay if visiting Colorado, as Evergreen is central to all kinds of attractions etc. Highly recommend.
If you’re looking for a dirty property with an inconsistent host, you’ve chosen right.
DO NOT STAY HERE.We arrived and the property was quite plainly, filthy. Beds had been slept in (by someone with a long haired dog..I hope), dirty towels on the bathroom floors, dog hair filled laundry was stacked in the laundry machines, and the dirty dishes were causing the whole main living area to stink. When the host agreed to refund one night of our stay and the cleaning fee (because we did this ourselves, as it was far too filthy to be sanitary or safe for our newborn daughter), he offered to do so on the day of our departure. When I followed up after not receiving it, his phone went straight to a full voicemail inbox. Hours on hold and being passed around at VRBO customer service over a couple of weeks finally did the trick, but it feels like we should have had our entire stay refunded for the issue and then the deceit. The property itself is much much closer to neighbors than the photos suggest and the main living area has no windows, so if you are a vampire or want to spend all communal time in a bedroom, this is the place for you. Getting into the place was simple, but there is no service and the WiFi is not what is shown at the property/login info and I had to drive down the hill and contact the host to receive the updated information in order to have WiFi for safety purposes.
“I had a fantastic stay. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting I would definitely stay here again!”
If you want to get away from the fast pace of the city, this place is what you are needing. Amazing mountain views, and fresh air! Great accommodations and has a sharing atmosphere.
Staying at the Echo was one of the best decisions we made on our trip. The road to the house was easily navigated and check in was seamless. Plenty of things for entertainment. The comfy cozy blankets made an appearance at every girl talk that was had. We woke up to elk bugling in the backyard and shared our morning coffee with nature all around us. We didn't encounter a need for anything while cooking or staying there. The sauna and hot tub were the cherry on top after exploring the surrounding areas. Take the trip and go to echo lake, it's beautiful. Check out was a breeze and the easiest I've ever had. None of that clean this, clean that. Rent the Echo from Jason and you won't regret a thing!
Daughter got married at Chief Hosa. This was a good location with a beautiful view. It was roomy enough for the four people who stayed overnight and it was comfortable for our stay.
The house is in a great location and served as a good home base for us. It was close to Red Rocks Amphitheater, Pikes Peak and other surrounding towns that we visited.
At first communication with property owner was fast and great. Seemed super nice and seemed like he cared. Previous reviews mentioned numerous issues that still have not been addressed. At first glance by pictures the property looks great, updated and fresh. Here’s some of the issues we ran in
This place was great. It has all the amenities and more. The home is very inviting and spacious. A short drive to local grocery and stores. About a 25 min drive to Red Rocks Amphitheater. We would stay here again thanks to a great host.
The hot tub did not seem to work nor could we get the lights on the deck to work. The house contains alot if remotes that so not work. Some of the remotes had not batteries? Light bulbs inside burned out just didnt feel like this great house gets the tlc it needs. Hazard on the steps from deck to grill! Water drips from gazebo on the deck to the steps and freezes! We enjoyed our stay but will not be back. I did not try to communicate with property just wanted to be with my family not deal with maintenance issues
