Beautiful and big house in the countryside and right next to Euro Disney land Paris is in a hamlet of great properties. Station for Paris less than 10 minutes. Visit Provins, Vaux le Viscount, Parc des Felines, Coulommiers, Asterix Park, SeaLife, Shopping Valley, Val d'Europe, Valley Village, Meaux within 30 minutes. The house is bright with lots of space. The kitchen can accommodate 10 people easily. There are 3 terraces of 13, 60 and 120 m2. A park of 6800 m2 enhances your stay with fruit trees, apple, grapes, cherries, walnuts, hazelnuts, plums, blackcurrants, figs, strawberries, etc.

It is not possible to put music outdoors in the evening and at night.

Tired and misleading

House is basically a tired student rental. Perfect for a getaway party with friends where you don’t need to worry about breaking anything. No cups. No hifi. No dvd/video. No instructions for how to use anything - cooker, gas bottle, heating, shutters etc etc. BBQ unusable - rusted to pieces. Microwave broken. Utensils poor quality - knives blunt, chopping boards broken - just really depressing. We left 7 days into our10 day rental. Clean enough but lacking any charm or quality. This is not a family rental in its current condition and the description needs to lose references to dvd/video library and mend the broken fittings including bedroom flooring, microwave and toilet seat. Other than that it was great.

Maison loué pour fêter la nouvelle année entre amis, tout s'est très bien passé ! Le salon est très spacieux, la cuisine très bien équipé (tout le matériel nécessaire sur place). Les chambres également sont largement suffisante pour passé un week end entre amis ou en famille. Le propriétaire de la maison est une personne honnête et très correct. Il a également été très arrangeant avec nous pour le check-in et le check-out, nous avons pu profiter pleinement du week end. Je recommande ce logement +++

Pour un week-end de retrouvailles entre amis, c'est un lieu idéal. Les couleurs chaudes des feuilles automnales ont illuminé nos photos, et la proximité avec la capitale en fait une destination facile à atteindre en une heure. Tout à disposition, la possibilité d'accueil relativement élevée nous a renvoyé en enfance avec une ambiance "colo". En bref, un week-end fort sympathique !
