Lovely detached house built in a quiet area, with garden of 500 sqm closed and very sunny.
Our accommodation is ideally located: The city center is quickly accessible by bike (10 min), on foot (20 min) or by the free shuttle. You will appreciate it for its environment between the forest and the bay of canche, close to the equestrian center.

Ideal for a family with children, our house can accommodate 6 people.

In a very quiet subdivision, our house is composed on the ground floor: a spacious living room - a dining room with insert and a fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs, you have 3 bedrooms and a bathroom:
- a 1st bedroom with bath and separate sink - a 160x200 bed,
- a second bedroom with a double bed 140X190
- and the 3rd with 2 single beds 90x190.
The garden surrounds the house, and is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue

Equipment: TV, fridge, freezer, vitroceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine.

- Barbecue on site.
- Not supplied: bathroom linen and bed linen (possible but with supplement of 12 € for a double bed and 8 € for a single bed).
Attention: all beds are equipped with mattresses, duvets (1 duvet 220/240 cm, 1 duvet 200/200 cm, 2 duvets for single bed), pillows and pillow protectors.
- During school holidays, the house is rented only weekly (Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday).
- Outside school holidays, the house is rented for a duration greater than or equal to 3 days
- Private outdoor parking
