Large End Unit - Special Pricing - Luxurious 3 Bedroom/3 Bath Town Home

This beautiful 1850 square foot 3 bedroom / 3 bath town home is a very private end unit which has a wall of windows that fill the living area with natural light. On the main floor, you will find a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances. The family room has plenty of seating and a 65 inch big screen TV and opens to the private lanai. Enjoy a meal on the lanai with a BBQ and opens onto a lush greenbelt which is a short walk to the resort pool. The dining area downstairs has seating for 8. There is a separate area off the family room with a game table that is great for cards, checkers or a board game.
Upstairs you will find a loft drenched with natural light with seating to relax and read a book. The Master Bedroom is spacious with king size bed, large TV and it's own large lanai for sitting and enjoying an evening Mai Tai. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and 55 inch TV. The 3rd bedroom is upstairs and has two twin size beds, 55 inch TV and is light and bright. It also has an attached bathroom.
This end unit has no one above and is PRIVATE, CLEAN, SPACIOUS, and LIGHT with plenty of windows and natural lighting.

--AMENITIES THAT SET THIS UNIT APART FROM THE OTHERS--

BIKES - With this unit you will find 6 beach bike cruisers. Six 26 inch adult cruisers.

COMPLIMENTARY water and snacks. No need to run off to the store when you arrive, grab a drink and snack and relax out on the lanai and settle down after your flight.

FREE COFFEE - Keurig coffee maker with COMPLIMENTARY coffee for your stay!

ENTERTAINMENT - Large 70 inch 4K big screen TV's in the family room and TV's in all 3 bedrooms.

BEACH FUN - Beach Club access card is provided to use at the private beach club. The beach club is for Mauna Lani residents only and has a restaurant, bar, and has free beach cabana's. The unit has plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and a paddle board for our guests. We do not provide snorkel gear.

POOL - Private community pool and spa with work out room. The pool area never seems to be crowded in this very roomy 87 luxury villa community.

BEACH- Located nearby, take a 5 minute ride with the beach cruisers to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. This is a private white sand beach cove which you will have access to with the unit.

SHOPPING - The shops at Mauna Lani has shopping and dining and is a short bike ride away.

GOLF - Two championship golf courses right at your back yard. The Mauna Lani North and South courses are world class.

Whether you are active and choose to ride the beach cruisers, snorkel in the world class beaches, take a hike to explore, drive around the Big Island, or simply just walk to the pool or beach club to read a book, we are certain you will have a wonderful time at our home in paradise.

This is the second time our family has stayed at this location. It feels like home away from home. The owners are very attentive and are so welcoming from the moment you book. Everything from beach access, pool and gym amenities, location, amenities supplied by the owners (bikes, beach and snorkel gear, stand up paddle board, kitchen amenities, etc), quality of the property, and how the owners make it home for all who stay makes this a perfect vacation rental! We cannot say enough good things about this location. We give this place a 10/10 and hope to stay here again!

This is such a wonderful, spacious, and well thought out VRBO! We (my wife, our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter) enjoyed every aspect of this end unit. The ample beach supplies in the garage, the Mauna Lani beach club access, the beautiful decor, the short walk through the back door to the pool, and the quiet and relaxing neighborhood all make this unit a solid 5 stars all the way around. The only complaint any of us had was that the water pressure in the non master bathrooms was too high and made the shower spray sharp (especially on the 5 month old), but that was not a major deal. I think this unit makes a very high standard that all future units will struggle to measure up to in our future.

A very nice place fully stocked with anything you could possibly need from beach chairs, noodles, umbrella to beach toys. The kitchen was also nicely stocked with quality appliances and cookware. The location is nice and the beach access is great. We rode the bikes to the beach but would recommend driving since the wind picks up in the afternoon. Great snorkeling at the beach down the road.

This is the perfect place to stay with your family - everything you need is close by (restaurants, beach, pool, shops, groceries). We all loved it and the rental had everything you could ask for. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect Fit

We really enjoyed our stay in Mauna Lani. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the morning to watch the sunrise. The condo has everything and anything that you would want for an ideal vacation. The pool is only a stones throw away and was never overly crowded. The hosts were very pleasant and responsive and we really appreciated our welcome.

Amazing home away from home.

The VRBO did not disappoint!!!! We were lucky enough to stay here for one month and loved every minute . The property was as advertised in every aspect.very spacious condo with all the amenities. Second fridge in garage was very useful especially after Costco visits .The pool was steps away from the living room. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful break from the cold weather

We had a wonderful time. Lots of supplies. Laurie and Kevin are wonderful hosts. We really appreciate the note, candy and tote bag. It was lovely to eat meals on the lanai and enjoy the breezes. Walks in the morning are a favorite memory. We are looking forward to returning.

Awesome place with all you need!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The hosts were excellent and really had everything you needed in the kitchen and all areas of the condo and in the garage for the beach. We enjoyed many relaxing mornings in the evenings, sitting on the lanai and enjoying breakfast or barbecue dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals and the grill was perfect for a bbq. The bedrooms were decorated nicely and the bed was very comfortable. The pool is steps away across the lawn, and we loved snorkeling at the private beach as well as the wonderful restaurant steps from the beach. Everything about this condo made it a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Relaxing get away

This unit is very convenient for families, the pool is just steps away, beautiful front lawn area and the landscaping is amazing. Waking up to the birds and beautiful sunrise is definitely "Hawaii". Had breakfast on patio every morning. Lots of parking due to long driveway. Garage is stocked with everything you need for a days at the beach. The bikes were an added surprise. Loved every bit of it.
