Due to its ideal location, it will allow you to enjoy all that Puerto Banus has to offer, without having drive: beach clubs, bars, restaurants, but also luxury shopping and farniente.



The apartment has been completely refurbished, in a trendy and comfortable style. It offers one bedroom, a bathroom with Italian shower and a beautiful kitchen completely open onto the living room.

You can use one of the reserved community parking spaces on the street

Ideale Wohnung für zwei in bester Lage

wunderbare, saubere und großzügige Wohnung in bester Meereslage. Wir haben die Wochen dort in jeder Hinsicht sehr genossen. Die Betten waren bequem, die Küche war unglaublich gut bestückt, Sitzmöbel und Licht waren sehr zu loben. Nach wenigen Schritten war man an der Promenade. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe waren reichlich gegeben. Danke, dass wir diese Wohnung mieten durften!

What a fantastic apartment

I really do have to praise the quality of this apartment. It is beautifully fitted out with crisp designer furniture and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect being both very close to the beach and the harbour. We will certainly be booking it again. Thank you it made our holiday
