COME L@@K!! Beautiful condo across the street from the ocean!!!

Eureka! Look no more, you have found it!
Ocean View condo with high end furniture and decor. The condo is decorated with a beach theme so you can fully immerse yourself in the beach lifestyle for your vacation. Sit out on the patio and watch the sun rise over the ocean or feel the ocean breeze in the afternoon. Nina's Beach Cottage is on the 2nd level and is an end unit. Our complex has an elevator and it is just steps away from the condo. There is a small cart to help you bring your belongings up in fewer trips so you can get to the FUN!!
Condo is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, including a Keurig and regular coffeemaker, washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, and everything you need for your stay. Bring your personal belongings and leave your worries at home.
The complex is across the street from the beach with easy access to the ocean. It also has a commons area with picnic tables and a lovely pool with nice lounge chairs for sunbathing. The pool area also has an outdoor shower to rinse the sand from the ocean off of your feet.

Garden City Beach is family friendly with tons of things to do. The Garden City Pier comes alive at night with music and dancing for the whole family and it is only 8/10 mile away. You will also be close to grocery stores, golf courses, shopping, water parks, and the seafood capital, Murrells Inlet. Murrells Inlet also has the marsh walk with great restaurants and entertainment.
Step back in time with a visit to Atalaya Castle at Hunnington Beach State park, which is only a short drive along with Brookgreen Gardens and Pawley's Island, famous for their relaxing hammocks and chilling ghost stories. The place was well kept, had limited beach view but was nice and close to the beach. Parking is tight with an SUV, so a car is better, however it does have dedicated parking which is a plus. Overall very good stay.

Great location directly across the street from the beach and the beach access. This condo is perfect for small families like ours! Clean, well-kept, and feels like a home at the beach with all the coastal decor. We would love to stay here again!

The condo was stocked with a lot more amenities than other properties we’ve stayed at and I was glad we didn't need to purchase beach towels. Our stay here was perfect. Great location right across the street from a walkway to the beach. Right in between Surfside and Garden City pier. Our host was a 10 out of 10 that got back to us right away with questions or concerns. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Carols place was just a short walk across the road to the beach! There was even an ocean view from her balcony! Carol thought about everything from extra towels to beach toys to a spare birthday candle to celebrate our daughter’s birthday breakfast with. We enjoyed our time and hope to be back again!

Great week!

The condo was just as shown. And the living room tv was updated to a larger tv. Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach. Carol’s condo was greatly stocked and saved us with a few things we forgot. When the Internet went out, Carol had it fixed the day we reported. 2 of the 3 TVs are standard cable so we could still watch tv even though the Internet was down. Parking is tight if you have to park under the condo. We saw a full size truck and Tahoe parked but felt our explorer was tough.

Tempra pedic mattress in master. Some new renovations. New dishwasher and inside window shutters and sliding glass door with blinds inside the glass. Across street from ocean. Must see to appreciate.
