Attention, la propriétaire prend de l'argent en plus du montant de votre réservation. Directement débités sur le compte bancaire pour un vieux micro-ondes, sans aucune preuve de non réparabilité, ni aucune preuve d'achat d'un nouvel appareil. A savoir que l'appareil soi-disant défectueux n'a jamais été testé en ma présence pour me montrer qu'il ne fonctionnait plus...je trouve la méthode cavalière et peu honnête

La garantie air cover est une garantie légale proposée par Abritel qui garantie les dégats commis lors d'un séjour par un locataire. Non la propriétaire "ne prend pas de l'argent" . C'est cette assurance qui rembourse les dégâts commis , preuves à l'appui.. C'est ce qui a été fait.

Bon séjour

Très bon séjour, au calme et très bien placé. Seul bémol, appartement non climatisé contrairement à ce qui était inscrit dans le descriptif de l'annonce.

Je suis désolée pour la climatisation mais il était précisé que selon les appartements elle y était ou pas . Je reconnais que j aurais du être plus précise car elle y est dans le T2 du second étage mais pour l instant pas dans celui du premier qui est moins exposé à la chaleur. Mille excuses,mais vous aviez à disposition un ventilateur sur pied ,tout de même.

Très belle situation

Très bon accueil, chaleureux. Si besoin, propriétaire toujours à disposition. Cadre agréable qui permet une vision globale sur le port de Sète. Logement confortable, très bien placé sur la partie haute (1er étage). Silencieux. Très proche de l'office de tourisme et du centre ville (commerce, restaurants...).

Schön zu wohnen!

Es ist eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung mit einem herrlichen Blick über die Stadt. Beim Frühstück konnten wir den Blick genießen, die Dächer, den Harfen und das Meer. Das gefiel uns sehr gut. Das Schlafzimmer geht in den Hof und ist von daher sehr ruhig. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr einfach reicht für kleine Gerichte könnte noch optimiert werden. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr gute reibungslose Abwicklung.

très bien situé, belle vue sur le port

Accueil très agréable. La situation géographique de l'appartement nous a beaucoup plu (quartier haut, à côté de l'église St. Louis). Belle vue sur le môle et le port, à quelques minutes à pieds (max. 10min) des Halles et du centre. Les meubles et aménagements étaient neufs. La pièce principale est de grandeur moyenne, avec un canapé (neuf), une petite table et une kitchenette (bien équipée). Le reste du logement est spacieux, avec de nombreuses portes séparant la chambre du salon/cuisine (appartement créé en réunissant divers locaux). Assez pratique lorsqu'un enfant est couché avant les parents... mais particulier... :-) La chambre est très calme, donnant sur une petite cour de maison de ville. Wifi.

Très bonne appréciation.

Logement correspondant au descriptif, spacieux et très propre puisque refait à neuf. Belle vue sur le port et sur mer avec une exposition Est/Sud. Un plus à noter concernant la propriétaire qui vous reçois chaleureusement à l'heure convenue et qui est à votre disposition pendant le séjour (c'est très rare). Un grand merci à cette personne. Sans hésitation je recommanderai cette location à mes amis et j'espère y retourner. Comme dans toutes les villes touristiques du sud le seul petit problème c'est la stationnement dans la ville.
