The real plus of our apartment is its 22m2 terrace which overlooks the sea, a 180 ° view of the big blue, without vis-à-vis.
The residence is secure (intercom, badge) and quiet.
Parking spaces are available a few meters from the residence, a garage is also included in the rental for a vehicle of small or medium size.
Its location in the heart of the Corniche is also an asset: the Corniche is renowned for its neighborhood life, its small traders, its market, its nearby casino.

Very pleasant stay

Appartement correspond à la description, terrasse et vue superbe et reposante, literie trÚs bonne. Points négatifs : garage petit (si berline), encombré de plaques de bois... Il faudrait désencombrer l'appartement (parasol sans utilités(stores inutilisable, cafetiÚre hs, chaises de bars inaccessible #2 canapés, plaque qui a lùché durant le séjour compliqué pour faire à manger)... Merci à Sandrine pour son accueil chaleureux !

Appartement non entretenu, beaucoup d'Ă©lĂ©ments Ă  remplacer : Ă©gouttoir Ă  vaisselle rouillĂ©, pieds chaise haute rouillĂ©s, Ă©tendoir Ă  linge rouillĂ© et dĂ©tĂ©riorĂ©, pied du parasol coupĂ© en deux par la rouille, store rouillĂ© et qui ne fonctionne pas, lames de la terrasse qui se soulĂšvent, VMC sale avec des "champignons", porte placard dĂ©glinguĂ©e, aucun rangement dans une chambre (comment ranger ses affaires alors que l'appartement est prĂ©vu pour 6), que dire des 2 plaques Ă©lectriques dont une ne chauffe pas assez, difficile de cuisiner dans ces conditions, ce logement pourrait ĂȘtre trĂšs agrĂ©able avec un minimum d'entretien, le seul point positif : la terrasse et la vue sur la mer magnifique

Vacances de printemps en famille

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ©. Tellement agrĂ©able de se rĂ©veiller face Ă  la mer! Logement bien Ă©quipĂ©. Certaines petites choses pourraient ĂȘtre revues (portes de placard qui ne coulissent plus notamment...), mais rien qui empĂȘcherait de passer de bonnes vacances.

Je suis trĂšs satisfait de l'emplacement de l'appartement et de la vue imprenable depuis la terrasse sur la mer. La plage de sable se trouve Ă  50 m des appartements. restaurants, commerces accessibles Ă  pied. Je retourne trĂšs rarement au mĂȘme endroit en vacances, mais j'aimerais revenir dans ces appartements.

Emplacement idéal

Appartement trÚs calme en cette période. Un balcon, le plus de ce logement, à une dizaine de mÚtres de la mer, spacieux, avec une partie ouverte et une partie sous couvert si le soleil est trop fort ou s'il pleut. Nous avons profité de petits déjeuners avec la vue sur les sommets enneigés des Pyrénées. Commerces de proximité et restaurants trÚs proches. TrÚs pratique le garage ( petit véhicule) pour la voiture et nos deux vélos. TrÚs bien accueillis par Sandrine à notre arrivée. Dommage nous voulions y revenir en septembre mais il est déjà réservé.

Traumhaft

Die Wohnung mit Meerespanorama ist fĂŒr 4 Personen absolut ausreichend. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft! Das Meeresrauschen ist in der ganzen Wohnung zu hören. Wir fahren schon seit vielen Jahren nach SĂšte in diese Wohnung und wir fĂŒhlen uns wirklich wohl. Es funktioniert alles wie es soll! Der Empfang ist immer sehr nett, mittlerweile kennen wir uns ja schon. Wir werden wieder kommen und freuen uns jetzt schon aufs nĂ€chste Jahr!
