The real plus of our apartment is its 22m2 terrace which overlooks the sea, a 180 ° view of the big blue, without vis-à-vis.
The residence is secure (intercom, badge) and quiet.
Parking spaces are available a few meters from the residence, a garage is also included in the rental for a vehicle of small or medium size.
Its location in the heart of the Corniche is also an asset: the Corniche is renowned for its neighborhood life, its small traders, its market, its nearby casino.
In short: it's about putting your bags down, not moving, resting, enjoying the view!

Die Wohnung liegt super schön, sehr nahe am Meer, mit Blick vom Balkon aus auf 's Meer. Meeresrauschen selbst im Schlafzimmer, wenn Fenster offen bleiben. Parken ist in der Tiefgarage mit eigener Garage möglich, allerdings passen wohl eher kleinere Wagen hinein, so dass der öffentliche Parkplatz vor dem Haus von uns genutzt worden ist. In der Hochsaison wahrscheinlich immer sehr voll, in der Nebensaison (Juni) gut. Internet hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist ein bisschen "in die Jahre" gekommen, was uns nicht so gestört hat, eine Renovierung (Reparatur der Scheiben auf dem Balkon, Austausch des Bodenbelags, Stuhlkissen, verblasste Wand -Deko) ist demnächst notwendig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter hat einwandfrei geklappt. Wir haben freundlich und zugewandt kommuniziert, besonders vor Ort mit Sandrine.

Appartement correspond à la description, terrasse et vue superbe et reposante, literie très bonne. Points négatifs : garage petit (si berline), encombré de plaques de bois... Il faudrait désencombrer l'appartement (parasol sans utilités(stores inutilisable, cafetière hs, chaises de bars inaccessible #2 canapés, plaque qui a lâché durant le séjour compliqué pour faire à manger)... Appartement non entretenu, beaucoup d'éléments à remplacer : égouttoir à vaisselle rouillé, pieds chaise haute rouillés, étendoir à linge rouillé et détérioré, pied du parasol coupé en deux par la rouille, store rouillé et qui ne fonctionne pas, lames de la terrasse qui se soulèvent, VMC sale avec des "champignons", porte placard déglinguée, aucun rangement dans une chambre (comment ranger ses affaires alors que l'appartement est prévu pour 6), que dire des 2 plaques électriques dont une ne chauffe pas assez, difficile de cuisiner dans ces conditions, ce logement pourrait être très agréable avec un minimum d'entretien, le seul point positif : la terrasse et la vue sur la mer magnifique

Appartement très bien situé. Tellement agréable de se réveiller face à la mer! Logement bien équipé. Certaines petites choses pourraient être revues (portes de placard qui ne coulissent plus notamment...), mais rien qui empêcherait de passer de bonnes vacances.
