Nice property

Very nice property but well out of town and at first tricky to find. No bars or restaurants within walking distance A car is an absolute must. The pool is a delight. contact with the property manager was difficult at first and there were a lack of helpful instructions, such as wifi code and how to set the air-con. But overall would recommend this property for six people at most.

Nice stay

We were welcomed by someone who doesn't speak any English. Hence we didn't get a lot of info besides the message that the water is not drinkable... Owner could be contacted via WhatsApp and answered our questions. House itself is big and spacious but could be cleaner. Kitchen equipment is rather basic. Pool area is great and by car it's easy to reach Valencia.

Fab villa

This villa is huge with 4 double bedrooms (one en-suite) and a large living area. There is a lovely pool outside with 4 sunbeds.We also used the bbq area which is very well equipped and has an adjacent sink. There are lots of terraces for sitting and sunbathing but also shade available too. The villa is in a residential area and there isn’t much in walking distance so you do need a car( does say this in description and we hired a car for the whole stay). Valencia is about 30 mins drive away. Alginet has a Mercadona supermarket about 10 mins drive away which had everything we needed. There is lots to do in the area and some of our party played golf a few times. We visited Oceanographic, Valencia Old Town, El Palmar and Albufera National Park and Peniscola. We had a great 2 weeks here.

Ubicacion tranquila, vivienda preparada para 8 personas cómodamente. Piscina muy grande y limpia. Barbacoa con parrillas para limpiar. Zona garaje preparada para reuniones. En conjunto una vivienda recomendable. Pude llevarme a mi mascota.

Het huis was heerlijk ruim, heerlijk zwembad. De ligbedden waren helaas wat kapot, maar we hebben ons er mee gered. De douche beneden was heerlijk ruim, goede straal. Super klimaatcontrole! Er stond niet meer een koelkast met ijsblokjes machine zoals wel op de foto's te zien was. Er waren ruim voldoende handdoeken.

Nos encantó la piscina

La casa es preciosa y muy grande, en una urbanización apartada y tranquila. Tiene una piscina grande a la que le da prácticamente el sol todo el día, con hamacas, mesita, sofas de terraza y barbacoa techada.La casa tiene aire acondicionado por conducto en la primera y segunda planta.Abajo donde hay otra habitación hay ventilador. La verdad es que hemos pasado unos dias donde hemos disfrutado mucho de la zona exterior, que es preciosa y está equipada para no tener que subir mucho arriba.

Rustige buurt en huis

Mooi huis mooi zwembad maar het interieur is onvoldoende. Veel zaken zijn niet aanwezig en er is hard onderhoud nodig. Mooie rustige buurt. Er staan veel huizen leeg. Het hondengeblaf 's nachts is erg vervelend, dit komt door de grote leegstand. In het weekend was er nagenoeg niets te horen.

Perfecto para unos dias de descanso en familia

Chalet espacioso con todas las comodidades para pasar unos dias en familia. La limpieza genial. El anfritrion muy atento y servicial. Incluso nos facilito algunas cosas que le pedimos. Nos hubiera gustado diafrutar de la piscina pero no estába preparada, una pena dado el buen tiempo que hace en Valencia

Estupendo chalet en Alginet

Pasamos 3 dias en familia, el chalet muy bonito, comodo y limpio. Los propietarios Juan Pedro y Marta nos atendieron estupendamente y muy atentos que no nos faltara de nada, la piscina y jardin-terraza de maravilla, los niños se lo pasaron en grande, sin duda volveremos, lo recomiendo 100%

Cómoda para grupos grandes

Casa grande con todas las comodidades para un grupo de amigos como nosotros. Fuimos en invierno por lo que no disfrutamos de la piscina. Está en una urbanización alejada, hay que coger coche para todo pero una vez en la casa hay de todo. Lo peor que la caldera no era lo suficientemente grande para ducharnos todos.

SUPER SEJOUR !

La maison de Juan Pedro et Marta es formidable :magnifique maison dans un endroit très calme, ou l'on apprécie de se retrouver après une journée de visites dans les alentours. Elle offre tout le confort necessaire et plus....la grande piscine et ses abords très agréables . Nous avons profité du barbecue tous les jours. En resumé tout a été parfait sans oublier la disponibilité de Juan Pedro ou Marta. Merci Beaucoup à vous deux.

Lovely place to stay

Had a fantastic experience at the Villa. Pedro could not have been any more amazing. Would highly recommend. Ideally you would need a car to get around and visit Valencia but the property itself was just what we weee looking for. Great amenities and very clean. Just awesome. Thank you Pedro!
