lovely apartment studio offers you a quiet and peaceful stay while you vacation in the beautiful City of Chattanooga. It is within walking distance of the incline going up Lookout Mountain. The apartment patio offers a great view of the Mountain from its point to several miles South into Georgia. All the tourist attractions around Lookout and Downtown are just a few minutes away. Owners live above unit and are residents and offers the Studio with 1 queen bed and 1 bath. New home built in the Arts and Crafts style, with some furniture in that style. Home is built with ICFs (insulated concrete forms). Living arrangements are on the lower level . The studio is idea for couples or a single person THIS UNIT IS A SMALL COMPACT STUDIO ROOM. IF YOU WANT OR NEED A HUGE ROOM THEN THIS UNIT MAY NOT BE FOR YOU. It has .a great view of the mountain with many extras with cost at a great price. Additional amenities include fire pit, Hot Tub, Sauna, ev charger, Lookout Mountain view from deck, walking distance of incline, many walking trails around the mountain and in the National Park at Chickamauga (Civil War Battlefield), Ruby Falls, Incline, Rock City, and the Historical village of St. Elmo. Parking available on main road or in Driveway. Patio, Deck, Fire pit, cooking grill, ev charger, Sauna, and Hot Tub may be shared if other units aren't rented at same time. Cozy comfy stay

The bed was extremely comfortable and the hot tub was a nice amenity here. The view is beautiful as well. Close to town and downtown Chattanooga was a plus! The only thing missing was a small oven for baking and cooking. The owners were extremely kind as we had a very late/early and unexpected check in. 10/10 recommend!

Quaint and cozy

Allen was a very good host, and he made me feel very safe and very welcome. The room was as advertised, small but clean and quiet. The neighborhood is absolutely adorable, close to a few cute restaurants and shops. Overall I had a very pleasant stay, and Allen was very accommodating.

Perfect location

Located in a perfect spot for an ideal price. The property owner was very friendly and provided excellent choices for places to eat and places to check out. Homemade wine samples also available. Really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was in fact really cozy and the owner was very informative. We received a little tour and tips about the area. Everything was well kept and written down for us on how to use. The location was very close to a lot of main attractions and the view from the property was beautiful and peaceful. Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful property & Quiet Location

We had a wonderful stay here. Allen was a most gracious host and we enjoyed his complimentary wine. The bed is comfortable and the location was great close to downtown and a view of Lookout Mountain while relaxing on the patio was amazing. A very quiet neighborhood to enjoy after a busy day of sightseeing. Thank you Allen for a great stay.

BEAUTIFUL and RELAXING

Allen was very hospitable, even gave us a bottle of wine which was delicious. The room was perfect for just the two of us. All of the local attractions were only minutes away from our stay. The views and hot tub were so peaceful and relaxing.

Good location

This property is a quiet place to unwind from a fast pace lifestyle. St. Elmo’s is in walking distance with good restaurants as well as the Incline Railway. The room has the amenities that you need for a short getaway! I will stay here again!

Perfect stay!

Allen was nice enough to stay up late on Christmas day because my flight didn’t get in until after 11 PM. The check-in went smoothly. The space was just as advertised. When we ran into a hiccup, Allen was instantly in communication with us. And we got things figured out in a very timely fashion. The hot tub is so relaxing, especially after hiking around Chattanooga. Saint Elmo is a beautiful historic neighborhood that everyone should have a chance to experience. A nice homely feel

The area that the vrbo sat at was a nice suburban are with a nice homely feel to it, although it was small it was perfect for a weekend getaway. The owner is very nice and courteous, providing me and my spouse with some complementary wines, and a tour of the property.

Great location!!

We so enjoyed our stay! Our host was very helpful and acted as a guide in sharing with us the best places to go as well as giving directions. The room is conveniently located at the base of Lookout Mountain within minutes of its main attractions. The drive into Chattanooga was only 15 or so minutes. We had a great time and would like to return again one day.

Peaceful

Check in was a breeze. Allen was very nice and helpful on all the activities in the area. The place was very clean. His flower garden very pretty and had it lit quit nicely in the evening and morning hours. Nice place to enjoy your morning coffee.

Good location

We stayed for 3 nights. The courtyard area offer spectacular views of Lookout mountain. The rental was clean, but it is quite small, the rental to the right is somewhat larger, so that might be something to think about; it is the same property though. We found the rental to be a short drive ~15 minutes to just about everywhere we wanted to go in the city.

adorable little studio with a great view

We came into town for the 4 Bridges Art Festival and this was a perfect little landing spot for my husband and I. The bed was comfy, the hot tub was amazing after a long day on our feet, and the host was gracious. He even gave us a bottle of his own homemade wine, which was delicious! The place is small and minimal, but perfect if you just need a place to sleep and relax. The back porch had a gorgeous view of the mountains and we loved Elmo, the friendly black cat that wandered around. Thanks!

Great place to relax

The studio apt was all that we needed. A comfortable bed, refrigerator, microwave, sink and a bathroom. Every conceivable need was met. The outdoor space was like none I had ever seen. Under a canopy of trees, surrounded by beautiful flowers and other plants, we spent evenings there playing cards and just relaxing. Also you get a view of Lookout Mountain. The host is most pleasant and offered suggestions to local places to eat. The whole experience was top-notch! I would book again.

Great Host - Relaxing Atmosphere

The host lives onsite and give you as much or little privacy as you desire. The patio is gorgeous; a truly splendid view and relaxing atmosphere. The room was small (as is disclosed in the description) but clean. Perfect for a cozy getaway to explore Chattanooga. The homemade complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. My only suggestion for improvement would be a larger mirror in the bathroom. Actually, an additional mirror in the living or kitchenette area would probably help make the small quarters appear larger. I would definitely stay with this host again.
