This “Better-Than-Gold” remodeled, two bedroom, three bathroom town house, is the perfect place to call home while visiting Maui. The interior is simply elegant; but it is the unrivaled views that take the experience right over the top! Scenes from nearly any window capture the Pacific ocean, Kapalua’s® coastline, and, the island of Molokai’.



 



Upon stepping onto your lanai, caressed by the soft trade winds, and anchored by the crash of waves below, there is the sense that you are in the very perfect spot and at this very perfect moment. Two extendable lounge chairs and a dining table with chairs provides more than enough room for everyone in your party to comfortably enjoy your outside living space. 



 



On the first floor of the villa you will find a large living room that is truly the ultimate in island style luxury.  With a pull-out sofa with a new mattress, love seat, coffee table, flat screen TV, AC and an additional, cozy seating area, you will discover that this villa’s signature amenities simply cannot be improved upon. One of the highlights of this villa is the fact that you can open your sliding glass doors and let the outside in. Beautiful art work and rich interior design, so tastefully create an ambiance that will leave you feeling swept away.



 



The dining room is located just off the living room and features a raised table and chairs which comfortably seat up to six people. The unobstructed vistas from your dining room will have you feeling as though you are at a premium, ocean side restaurant – except, without the bill!  During whale season you will not believe the dinner entertainment!  The ocean is teaming with our most famous returning island visitor – the humpback whale. 



 



Any gourmand will appreciate the details that went into designing this exquisite kitchen. With granite counter tops, farm kitchen sink, stainless steel appliances, TV and unrivaled ocean views, you may just re-consider booking that flight for home!  A pull-up bar is connected to the kitchen, with three stools.



 



The kitchen features everything you will need to prepare your meal, from start to finish! Dishes, utensils, serving plates, stemware, small appliances and more, are all included. During your stay, if you find you need a little something extra, please do not hesitate to ask and we will be more than happy to provide it for you. A stove, oven, freezer/refrigerator, microwave and a dishwasher with disposal, are all included.



 



A remodeled, full bathroom sits off the family area and features a shower, and vanity with sink and granite counter tops. This is a wonderful addition for our guests, as it provides more room to get ready for the day, and, is perfect when having company over. A full washer and dryer are in the hallway, near the bathroom.



 



From the bathroom you will step into the first of your two bedrooms. Featuring a private entry, the bedroom has a king size bed, dresser drawers, AC, private lanai and a flat screen TV. The coastal artwork in this room beautifully link to the views just outside the window. With vistas of the dazzling blue Pacific Ocean and island of Molokai’, you will find it difficult to pull yourself out of bed in the morning.



 



A large remodeled bathroom connects to this bedroom; it is truly an oasis all in its own. With two vanities with sinks, granite counter tops, oversized soaking tub and shower and a large closet, this bathroom is just as luxurious as it is tranquil.



 



Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom and bath, that are perhaps unlike anything you have experienced before. Upon entering your master bedroom, you will discover a beautiful retreat. A large king size bed, adorned with a romantic, flowing canopy; a flat screen TV, an AC, a seating area with pull-out sofa, a private lanai and prime ocean views, will combine to simply sweep you away. 



 



Off the master bedroom, you will find your own private lanai that offers sensational ocean views, as well as those of the island of Molokai and the coastline. This is the perfect spot to grab a cup of Kona coffee early in the morning hours, and watch the sun rise over the West Maui Mountains. 



 



The remodeled master bathroom sits just off the bedroom. The luxurious features of this bathroom are on par with that of a five-star spa. The focal point of this space is the raised oversized soaking tub that comfortably seats two. A large shower, with rain shower head and seating area, are custom built and even provide sunset views! Granite counter tops with two sinks, custom hardwood cabinets, oversized mirror and closet are also found in this bathroom.



 



This villa comes with reserved covered parking, free wireless password protected high speed internet, digital cable, discounted golf, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler.

Late departures must be made at the time of booking for a fee of half a days rent.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine.
