Located on the west side of the island of Maui, this Ridge Villa is situated in one of the most premier resorts in all Hawaii – The Kapalua® Resort. Once home to a working pineapple plantation, Kapalua® offers guests unrivaled beauty and exceptional accommodations. As a “low impact” resort, you wont find long lines and overcrowded beaches; instead you will find a space in which you can truly relax.



 



This spacious villa is situated in one of the most ideal locations at The Ridge, and offers sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, the island of Molokai’ and the Kapalua® coastline! What makes this villa even more spectacular, is the large lawn in front of the lanai. This added outdoor living space provides all the room needed for sunbathers and children alike.



 



On the private lanai you will find a table with seating for four and two lounge chairs. You may find that you frequent this area perhaps more than any other in the villa. The evening hours come with a special kind of magic. Be sure to pour yourself a glass of Maui Blanc, and lose yourself in the exotic romance only Maui can create.



 



During our winter months, the ocean is filled with humpback whales! There is no greater thrill than watching these magnificent creatures jump clear out of the water! Forget the whale watching trip; you have some of the best seats, and right in the privacy of your own lanai.



 



Inside your spacious villa you will find a living room with a large pull-out sofa, coffee table, TV, wet bar, and AC. This room offers guests a space in which they can truly feel at home in. Kick off your flip flops, curl up on the couch or have some “pupus” and a mai tai. Whatever you may choose to do, you will have spectacular views as your companion.



 



A glass dining room table is located adjacent to the living room, and has enough seating to comfortably seat four. With passing sail boats in the background, dining in your villa takes on a whole new sense of enjoyment.



 



The kitchen is located next to the dining room table, and features a breakfast bar with two pull up stools. This is the perfect space to enjoy a morning papaya and a hot cup of Kona Coffee, or converse with your chef of the day!



 



The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare and serve any meal. There is nothing more frustrating then not having the right tools to finish that one dish, or enough forks for everyone in your party. You will not find that problem in this villa. During your stay if you find you need something extra, please do not hesitate to call us; we will be more than happy to provide it for you. The kitchen is complete with all small appliances, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a sink with disposal.



 



The guest bathroom sits just off the living room and has a shower, vanity with sink, closet, and washer and dryer. This full bathroom is wonderful for guests, as well as for providing that extra space to prepare for your day.



 



The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed, end tables with lamps, a large closet, fan, AC and a lanai. The master bathroom is connected to this room and has two vanities with sinks and an oversized soaking tub with shower. After a long day of exploring our beautiful island, there is nothing like a hot bath! Be sure to pick some fresh plumeria blossoms and add them to your bath water. The fragrance and beauty is truly intoxicating.



 



This villa comes with reserved covered parking, free wireless password protected high speed internet, digital cable, discounted golf, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, beach chairs and a towel.

Late departures must be made at the time of booking for a fee of half a days rent.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine.
