This is a lovely apartment that is nicely laid out, and well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and very easy to deal with. The apartment is very central and it was easy to get to all of the main sites. Unfortunately there are noisy pubs outside of the main windows, and we often had to keep the windows of the living room and dining room closed to block out the noise. The main bedroom at the back of the apartment was quiet, but the second bedroom closer to the street is more exposed to the noise at night.

Experience the history of Strasbourg

This apartment is on a historical Street where the houses were built in the 1700s. You are exceptionally close to everything. Very close to the museums overall excellent location.

The property is right in the city center. Not only it has many original details like flooring but also decorated thoughtfully. We were there for 3 night in early December. The location is perfect for Christmas market visits. Many good restaurants around. Christine is a wonderful host. We didn’t use the kitchen much other than coffee and tea.

A lovely large apartment in a fabulous location

We had a wonderful stay at Christiane’s apartment with our two children. The flat is in a beautiful old traditional building but renovated with style. The location is fabulous, walking distance to everything you need for your stay. We loved exploring Strasbourg on foot from this perfect base.

Great Location

The property was very cute/funky and spacious. A lot of thought has gone into it. The location was perfect close to everything and also transportation. Although in a main tourist restaurant area it was very quiet at night with windows closed.

Comfortable and perfectly located

This property could not have been located in a better place in Strasbourg. The cathedral was a 2 minute walk away and there were at least four museums that were as close or closer. Although the living and dining areas overlooked two bars, we were never disturbed by noise.

Best Christmas Holiday Ever

This apartment has it all! First of all, the location is the best - right in the middle of everything. The cathedral, restaurants, and museums are all within walking distance. There is a Starbucks directly across the street for those of you who want coffee to go. There is an ATM next door, and a small grocery store is just a few minutes walk.It is a quiet and very safe area at night. Inside the apartment there is tons of space, a comfortable bed, and a washer/dryer combo that actually dries the clothes. The owners are so nice and whole rental went very smoothly.

I would go back in an instant.

We had always wanted to see the Xmas market in Strasbourg and this apartment looked ideal as it was close to everything. We were just a block or two from the Cathedral. The apartment was clean, warm, had pleanty of hot water, great cooking facilities (who can eat in when there are so many excellent restaurants in the area.) Beds were comfortable and Christiane was very helpful. He didn't speak much english but we got by just fine. If I ever go back I will definitely stay at the same place.

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat ganz richtig Spass gemacht, dort zu wohnen. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.Strasbourg ist wirklich eine tolle Stadt. Wir hatten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit. Was mir insbesondere aufgefallen ist: Die Brasserien auch rund um den Dom kann ich nur empfehlen. Das Essen war in jeder Brasserie, die wir ausprobiert haben, war richtig gut und sehr lecker. Das es sich beim Dom um einen touristischen Brennpunkt handelt, hätte ich damit so nicht gerechnet. Probiert es ruhig selber aus.
