❄️ The accommodation is equipped with mobile air conditioners in the living room and bedroom. Under normal conditions of use, they generally allow lowering the indoor temperature by approximately 5°C compared to the outdoor temperature.

🧹 Sheets and towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the sheets, general cleaning of the apartment, and disinfection of the bathrooms. 🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and organize the apartment. If you prefer not to do this yourself, you can order a "complete cleaning" service of the apartment for €30 before your arrival. If this option is not booked in advance and if these instructions are not followed, a penalty of €60 for cleaning fees will be charged.



📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide your identification document via the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identities of the people staying do not match those of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse access to the property.
