The studio had everything we needed even fresh coffee beans! Little touches like throw blankets made the place comfortable and welcoming. Excellent location, just a short walk from the square. Easy access to mtb trails. Clay was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect: lovely decor, spotless, welcoming, excellent communication with hosts, easy access and departure, beautifully stocked for making light meals. Great location with nice short walk to downtown and trail to Crystal Bridges. Two short flights of stairs with sturdy handrails for access may pose a mobility problem for some. We would book here again in a heartbeat!

This is a very nice studio....great location. Quality furnishings. Upstairs above garage of beautiful home and yard. Everything you would need except perhaps w/d.Could use book with info on location and use of tv, etc.

An absolute Hidden Gem to the Downtown Bentonville scene. Perched up high overlooking the neighborhood, just a 3-5 minute walk to the downtown Square, a 10-15 minute walk to the trails of the Crystal Bridges Museum. 200 ft to the walking, and biking trails.
