The property was spacious, modern, and very clean, with easy digital check-in and responsive management. I appreciated the in-unit laundry, small balcony for morning coffee, thoughtful welcome gifts, and modern amenities. The cleaning products had an overpowering scent for my sensitive nose, and while the kitchen was well stocked, a few basics were missing, like filters for the pour-over coffee maker. Otherwise, everything was practical and comfortable for a short stay.My biggest drawback was the third-floor location with no elevator. Carrying luggage up two flights was challenging, and I was grateful to be in decent physical shape. Anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage should be aware. Management responded quickly when I asked about an elevator, which I appreciated. I'd stay again if porter service were available.Pricing may be typical for Bentonville, especially during a busy event weekend. It was comparable to or slightly higher than one of the nicer downtown hotels, which was within easy walking distance of most attractions, unlike this rental. However, if you're like me and prefer having your own kitchenette, laundry, and private outdoor space for morning coffee and reading, the slightly higher price and greater distance from downtown may be worth it, provided you don't mind climbing two flights of stairs. Personally, I think complimentary porter service should be offered at this price point, especially in a third-floor property without an elevator.
Overall, the property was comfortable and convenient. The room was clean, the location worked well, and the host made the stay easy. A solid option for a short stay.
