At the heart of the Vosges du Nord National Park, discover a splendid House, which can comfortably accommodate up to 50 people, on three levels.
For family reunions, celebrating an event, for groups of walkers, small or large holidays with friends, Maison AVIV will welcome you for an unforgettable stay.
15 bedrooms spread over three levels. Plus a fitness room.
The first and second level bedrooms all have private baths and toilets, and on the third level the toilets and bathrooms are shared upstairs.
A beautiful indoor pool heated all year round at 29 °, with a pool for children.
New cinema room for up to 50 people.
Corporate space for meetings with videoprojector.
Outside the green areas and a tennis court and basketball will allow you a perfect relaxation.
Two Barbecues and a Wood Pizza Oven will brighten up your meals.
Around the house enjoy many walks, on foot or by bike, and even by boat without a license. The Tourist Office is 500 meters from the house and will guide you to find one of the many activities that will suit you. Bikes are for rent at the tourist office.
On horseback between Lorraine and Alsace, Diemeringen is ideally located, with a SNCF train station linking with Strasbourg and Sarreguemines at all hours of the day.
The house is located at the entrance of the village and enjoys the quiet, but at the same time the proximity with all the village shops and restaurants.
The landscape is gentle, ideal for hiking or biking.
The villa is rented for autonomous management. No meals served on site, but excellent restaurants nearby.

We had a really nice stay at the Maison Aviv. We were 37 people. There were enough beds and kitchenware for everyone. The house is very spacious, although we spent a lot of time outside because of the nice weather. Please keep in mind, that some rooms are better maintained than others and may need repairs. But all in all, there is enough to do for everyone, tennis, swimming, BBQ or play Billard. So it is a good option to host large groups with different interests. The communication before and at the Villa was very good. Thank you again.

Klasse - es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Küchengeräte sind perfekt für große Gruppen.Der Pool war für die Kinder ein Traum. Der Tennisplatz hat auch allen Altersgruppen gefallen. Man kann um das Objekt ganz tolle Spaziergänge machen. Die Lage ist top, ein Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten entfernt, es gibt Bäcker und Metzger direkt in der Nähe! Es passt alles. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, zum schlafen ideal. Die meiste Zeit verbringt man ja hauptsächlich in der Gruppe und nicht auf dem Zimmer. Im

Tolle Villa für ein Groß-Familientreffen!

Die Villa bietet mit dem großzügig geschnittenen Räumen mehr als ausreichend Platz und ist mit den Annehmlichkeiten des Pools (bei uns blitzsauber), den Freizeitangeboten mit Tischkicker, Billiard, Tischtennis auch bei schlechtem Wetter, wie wir es leider hatten, bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben den Pizzaofen (inklusive vorhandenem Schuber) gern genutzt, die Küche war für uns vollständig eingerichtet und mehr aus ausreichend. Teilweise könnten ein paar Zimmer oder Bäder ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen brauchen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war perfekt. Er war stets erreichbar, hat von sich aus nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Magnifique villa avec toutes commodités

La villa était super, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. L’équipe hôte était attentionnée, que ce soit avant ou pendant le séjour, plein de bons conseils, et très réactive. Un très bon point qui nous a simplifié le séjour. Seuls petits bémols à relever : le linge de lit était facturé mais les lits n’étaient pas faits à notre arrivée. Les serviettes étaient également facturées, mais certains de nos invités n’en avaient pas. Nous avons également subi une fuite d’eau assez conséquente dans l’une des chambres. Hormis ces points, une expérience générale très satisfaisante, nous recommandons.

Weekend familial - endroit parfait

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end familial. Nous étions 24 à dormir sur place. L’étage du dessus était parfait pour ne pas attendre les bruits des personnes faisant la fête au rez-de-chaussée : l’idéal pour les familles avec enfants ! Nous avons profité de la piscine, de la salle cinéma - la cuisine était bien équipée en terme de vaisselle. Attention, prévoyez savon pour les toilettes et produit vaisselle avec éponge pour la cuisine. Nous avons du faire un tour au supermarché. La chance est qu’il était situé à 3min en voiture de la maison - encore une fois, bien pratique pour les petits oublis ! La communication était parfaite et nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour nos prochaines fêtes familiales!

Super Villa mit allem was man braucht

Die Villa sowie die gesamte Kommunikation kann ich nur empfehlen. Die Vermieter und die Kontaktpersonen sind gut zu erreichen und kümmern sich direkt, wenn etwas fehlen sollte. Die Räumlichkeiten haben eine super Aufteilung und sind sehr geräumig. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Tennis- und Basketballplatz sowie der Pool sind ein super Bonus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein schönes großes Haus mit vielen Zimmern und privaten Bädern ( Privatsphäre garantiert wenn man in großer Runde anreist ) Große Küche und viele Tische und Stühle Tennisplatz toll! Tischtennis Billard Kicker ( allerdings alles ohne Equipment bzw Spielgeräte) Küchenausstattung einfach ( keine scharfen Messer kein Schneidebrett für den pizzaofen kein Schuber Keine Tischdecken keine Windlichter keine Brotkörbe Keine Kissen. Für die Plastikstühle Bettwäsche Paket sehr simpel und nicht zusammenpassend Handtücher nur ein altes Handtuch pro Person Fenster waren schmutzig Schwimmbad etwas muffig Boden versandet ( wurde auch auf Nachfrage nicht gereinigt - alles in Ordnung muss so sein ) Alles in allem schön, könnte aber ein refresh gebrauchen

PARFAIT !

Un magnifique week-end qui a débuté le vendredi soir, pour se terminer, malheureusement, le dimanche après-midi ! Trop court ! Tout le monde a pu pleinement en profiter (nous étions une quarantaine), les grands comme le petits ! La maison et ses extérieures sont parfaitement adaptés à ce type de week-end, nous avons en plus eu la chance d'avoir le beau temps ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la grande terrasse, du jardin et des terrains de sport ! Bref, le seul bémol aurait pu être certaines chambres un peu défraichies mais au final, ça n'a gêné personne !!! Je recommande!

Un moment exceptionnel en famille

Venus de tous horizons avec grands et petits pour fêter Noël en famille la maison a fait l'unanimité de tous ! Espace cuisine bien conçu et fonctionnel, espaces communs très spacieux, confortables et sympas. Chambres agréables. Les espaces sportifs dehors permettent à tous de s'aérer et de se dépenser. La piscine a réjoui toutes les tranches d'âge ! Grande et agréable...on en a bien profité ! Bref que du bonheur pendant 4 jours pleins ! Une adresse à retenir et à conseiller.

Excellentes vacances en famille. Beaucoup d’espace, terrain de tennis et piscine très appréciés. Cuisine grande et fonctionnelle. Maison avec une « âme ». Nous pensons revenir. Si l’on devait apporter une proposition d’amélioration, on pourrait citer la robinetterie (pression et évacuation) et un rafraîchissement des chambres (moquette au sol).

Idéal pour réunion entre amis / famille

La personne qui accueille pour la remise des clés est d’une grande gentillesse. Nous avons pleinement pu profiter de l'endroit, que tout le monde a trouvé fantastique (une cinquantaine de personnes, dont quasi la moitié d’enfants). L’equipement est complet en cuisine, comme en extérieur (bbq, tables, four extérieur). C'est vraiment parfait avec des enfants, qui peuvent profiter du terrain de jeux extérieur pour jouer en toute tranquillité, de la piscine et le côté un peu vintage de certaines chambres donne encore plus de cachet à l’édroit ! Nous pensons déjà à quand nous pourrons refaire un rassemblement entre là bas !
