Very quiet house. Ideal for family vacations with fibre and air conditioning

The house is located in a very quiet small development ideal for family vacations. It has 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed and 1 with bunk beds), a shower room, 2 separate WCs, a living-dining room and an open kitchen. Outside a large wooden terrace and a garden with an olive tree, 1 lemon tree and a vine.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, 4 gas hobs, 1 microwave oven, TV, 1 gas BBQ, with a plancha, a large garden table (8 places).
The city center is a 5 minute walk. You will find all the nearby shops and its Mediterranean market every Thursday and Sunday morning.
The beach is 5 km away. A cycle track allows you to go there by bike safely.
Animals are accepted in the house except in the bedrooms.
