Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La communication avec Antoine ,le propriétaire ,est excellente .Il a été très réactif à nos demandes. Le logement est situé au cœur d'une résidence, il y a un restaurant et des animations le soir ,ce qui est très sympathique.Possibilité de louer des paddle ,kayak au bord de l'étang en autonomie.Il y a également une piscine (qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement), les enfants s'y sont bien amusés.Le logement est bien équipé, les deux espaces nuits avec salle de bain et wc privés sont un plus.

Le Barcarès lohnt sich

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Das Häuschen ist ist sehr schön gelegen am wasser. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümer war auch sehr gut. Ich kann diesen ort sehr empfehlen der strand ist nicht sehr weit. Das Restaurant in der umgebung ist sehr gut und günstig. Wir haben eine schöne zeit dort verbracht und es fehlt und jetzt schon sehr.zu der Beschreibung muss ich sagen das die couch im wohnzimmer eine aufklappbare schlafcouch ist. Leider für deutsche in der beschreibung nicht zu lesen. Der pool ist sauber und hat den kindern sehr viel spaß gemacht. Es gibt viele Geschäfte in der nähe den lidl kann ich gut empfehlen von den preisen. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück :)

Séjour parfait

Quelques petits désagréments à notre arrivée mais le propriétaire a été très réactif et disponible. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances au mas, endroit paisible et agréable. Espace piscine agréable. Rien à voir avec la location mais surveillant de piscine pas sympathique et très désagréable. Horaires de piscine : 9h-12h et 15h-19h.

Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem schönen Haus, in dem alles vorhanden war, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Dank des schönen Wetters konnten wir den Frei- luftraum täglich für alle Mahlzeiten nutzen. Wir haben uns zu Hause gefühlt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an unseren Vermieter Antoine. Schönes Haus, meine Empfehlung!

Kleines, feines Mas mit umfangreicher, guter Ausstattung, praktisch und sehr detailreich. Tolle Lage, ruhig und trotzdem zentral, um vielfältige Aktivitäten zu starten; sehr gut auch mit dem Fahrrad. Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Möve haben wir nicht kennengelernt ;-) Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, gerne wieder.

Kleines Juwel am Etang

Schönes kleines Mas mit allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Schöner großer Garten. Die Lage ist perfekt - nur wenige Schritte zum Etang und auch nur wenige 100 Meter zum Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Günstige Endreinigung kann gebucht werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles super bis auf das massive Mövenproblem

Vorweg ist es mir wichtig zu sagen, dass eigentlich alles perfekt war, einschließlich der sehr guten Berteuung durch den Hausbesitzer. Aber leider hat ein Mövenpaar auf der Pergola drei Küken geboren. Während unseres Urlaubs waren zwei Küken auf der Pergola und eines frei laufend im Garten. Später ist ein zweites Küken vom Dach gesprungen. Der sehr schöne Garten war für uns absolut nicht nutzbar, da die Möveneltern uns sofort im Tiefflug angegriffen haben. Die Veranda war ständig total voll geschissen, da das Küken den kühlenden Schatten dort als bevorzugten Aufenthaltsort gewählt hat. Nach einer kurzen Internetrecherche können Möven bis zu 30 Jahre alt werden, bleiben ihrem Partner lebenslang treu und verwenden regelmäßig dasselbe Nest für ihre Brut. Angeblich stehen die Nester der Möven in Frankreich unter Naturschutz und dürfen nicht entfernt werden. Von daher ist der Aufenthalt um Pfingsten eher etwas für Hobby-Ornithologen. Wir kommen im Sommer sehr gerne wieder in das Haus, aber wohl nicht mehr an Pfingsten.

Endroit calme et reposant

Nous avons séjourné fin juin début juillet ce qui était agréable car nous étions très peu de vacanciers. Nous étions bien situé , pas très loin des lieux à visiter. Le mas est très agréable et nous avions tout ce qu'il nous fallait comme à la maison. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de nos vacances reposantes.
