About this property

Contemporary Hamptons Home with Pool, Weber Grill and Huge Backyard

This modern, mint condition home is situated on a very private lot and offers the feeling of a peaceful sanctuary. Our home is a wonderful place for one or two families (children are welcome) or a small group. The home has four bedrooms and two and a half baths and is located in Hampton Bays. Open floor plan for the first floor. Great space with a new kitchen and large back deck with Weber grill. The back deck and yard offer a serene park-like setting with pool. Please enjoy our home. Two week minimum required per Town of Southampton regulations. Close proximity to the town, ocean and bay beaches, golf courses, wineries and amazing bars and restaurants.
