The Bright Dining Area and Kitchen are bright and open including an island for extended seating and a Powder Room. Fully Enclosed by Windows, the Porch offers an Extended Living Room 2 with sofa, Office area (includes W/D), and French Doors leading to the Backyard.

• HOUSE RULES •
PETS: This property is pet-friendly upon approval.
CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 3PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10AM. We do allow late check-outs for an additional fee of $50 per half hour. We schedule cleaning ahead of time so all unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.
SMOKING: We do not allow smoking / vaping inside the property. There is a smoking fine of $500 if there is evidence of smoking inside the property. You may smoke on the exterior side of the home. Please make sure to clean up after yourself.
NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 11PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible immediate eviction with no refund.
DAMAGES & LOSS: I would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. Please be aware of red Wine and Oils anywhere inside and outside of the home. You will be responsible for any damages or loss in the property which will be invoiced possibly up to $1000 or more.
Please advise me of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.
All of the plumbing is in perfect working order in the home, if there is a clog or other plumbing issue, guests are responsible for all costs associated.
Please do not disconnect or adjust the TV’s. If TV is not working after guest checks out $140 will be invoiced for IT/TV service repairman.
UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Large Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited unless Approved prior to arrival.
PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes unless Approved prior to Arrival.
• ADDITIONAL NOTE •
Booking guest must be over the age of 25
If any of the rules are not followed you will lose all your funds and may be asked to leave the home before check out.
•WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR POOL AND AMENITIES•
Guests understand that there are safety risks that may be involved in using a BBQ. In particular, he or she understands that there are potential dangers that these amenities may present to children who are not carefully supervised. Guest agrees to explain the risks of using the amenities to any guests at the home and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents, medical conditions or injuries his or her guests may incur. Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that he or she will assume all responsibility for his or herself and their guests for the consequences of those risks.
Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Owner for accidents, medical conditions or claims arising from his or her own use or guests’ use of the home amenities.
