Magnifique

Appartement idéalement situé, à 2 pas des commerces et bars avec une vue vraiment sympa dont on ne se lasse pas au fil de la marée. Accès plage possible à pied également. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire des plus serviables. Petit local très pratique pour les affaires de plage. On entend un peu quelques voitures le matin avec le velux ouvert mais avec une telle situation, c'est très raisonnable. Je recommande, d'autant plus qu'on peut arriver / partir sur d'autres jours que le samedi!

Il est vrai que la vue est imprenable ! Au delà de cela, nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cet appartement parfaitement disposé et bien équipé. Super communication avec le propriétaire qui nous a accueillit. Nous y reviendrons !

Séjour vivifiant

Nous avions loué une semaine au mois d'août. Nous étions 3 personnes dont une à mobilité réduite et un chien. L'appartement est idéalement placé près du centre de Guidel-plages. Je recommande d'ailleurs la boulangerie pour les amateurs de bon pain. Leur baguette tradition est excellente. Daniel nous a accueilli chaleureusement. C'est un hôte très à l'écoute et bienveillant. L'appartement est bien équipé et une famille de 5 personnes y sera à l'aise. Son gros atout est indéniablement la terrasse avec vue sur l'océan. Son seul bémol est effectivement comme je l'ai déjà lu la buée qui s'est infiltrée entre le double vitrage de l'une des baies vitrées. Si le soleil est au rendez vous, cela n'est pas gênant. Par contre, si le temps est pluvieux, la vue est vraiment affectée d'autant plus que la table est placée devant cette baie que je n'ai pas réussie à ouvrir. Daniel m'a assuré qu'il était pleinement conscient du désagrément occasionné mais qu'il est malheureusement tributaire des emplois du temps des artisans et je n'ai aucune raison de ne pas le croire. Bref, je recommande sans état d'âme ce bien et remercie Daniel pour sa bonne humeur.

Appartement calme de plein pied spacieux, lumineux, avec une vue magnifique. Bemol sur la propreté, les produits ménagers dans le placard sont vides, les chaises sont un peu défoncées.

Nous avons passé une super semaine avec nos 3 enfants, tout est accessible à pied (la mer, le port, la boulangerie, les resto etc.). Le propriétaire est aux petits soins, disponible et accommodant. A recommander sans hésiter.

Magnifique séjour à Guidel Plages

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Guidel Plages. L’accueil était parfait (encore merci pour la petite attention), les échanges se sont très bien passés avec un propriétaire charmant et à l’écoute. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille à Guidel plage. L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé, en plein centre, et avec une magnifique vue mer. L'appartement est très bien équipé, les lits étaient faits, et nous avons eu même droit à une gentille surprise à notre arrivée. Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont toujours été très simples et faciles. Je recommande cet endroit et nous reviendrons sans hésitation.
