The Accommodation

This accommodation includes:
- A living room with 1 large bay window opening onto a south-facing terrace which allows you to take full advantage of the sun while looking at the sea.
On this 1st balcony, 2 armchairs await you for a pleasant moment of relaxation.
This living room is equipped with a sofa bed with new bedding of good quality 140 x 190.

- A dining room with 1 other large bay window opening onto a 2nd terrace with a table and chairs for outside dining, and with a fully equipped kitchen: hob, convection oven, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (classic filter), kettle, toaster...


- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 x 190, a dressing room and a connected TV

- 1 bedroom with bunk beds also with a dressing room

- 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer.

- Several childcare facilities are at your disposal: travel cot, high chair, toilet glasses reducer, children's cutlery, toys... (please specify in advance if you need the travel cot so that we can prepare it for you)
- 2 parking spaces are reserved for you
- Petanque court in the residence.
- Several activities just a few minutes away: kayak, paddle, jet ski, boat, bike rental. Children's games with attractions overlooking the beach.

Administrative remarks
- You will be welcomed by Marie-Delphine who will be happy to give you all the necessary information so that you have a pleasant stay in the accommodation, and the surroundings!
- Electricity to be paid in addition from 1 Oct to 15 April (0.16€/kwh) on metre reading with Marie-Delphine.
- Arrival time possible between 4 pm and 6 pm, departure by 10 am.
- Cleaning is a 40€ paid option.
If you choose not to take it, you will be asked to do the household chores that we do each time a holidaymaker leaves, and which will be checked on the day of your departure (deposit deduction of the cleaning price, i.e. 40€ in case of non-compliance)
- Household linen as a paid option: provision of sheets and beds made on your arrival + towel 8€/pers.
- The accommodation is non-smoking
