The property has on-site gas grills and a large ocean front pool. King in the Master, Two Double Beds in the Second Bedroom & Two Double Beds in the Third Bedroom. 3 Full Baths. Ocean One is located just off of the Coligny Circle and Coligny Plaza where you can walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, plus the new Celebration Low Country Park and more.

Hilton Head trip 2025

The condo that we stayed in was perfect for all of us. It was right on the beach and within walking distance of shopped and places to eat. The place was really clean and had everything we needed for the week. Will definitely stay here again!!!!!!!

Great Location

We had a great week in Hilton Head. It was a great location with a nice easy path to the beach. Walking to local restaurants was easy as well. The condo was clean and spacious.

Great clean beach location!!

Went with the family. Loved this place and location. everything from the check-in, which was a code sent via text to the beach gear that was free delivered prior to our arrival, to easy parking access from the road.

Ocean One - Coligny

We had a nice stay at Ocean One. It is a nice location with a short walk to Coligny. Nice end unit but could have been a little cleaner upon arrival. Overall, unit is good and would stay there again. Nice that they got pool and beach access opened before we arrived.

Race Trip with Friends

Four of us traveled together for the Daufuskie Island Marathon. The condo was perfect with beds for everyone and a fully equipped kitchen including both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker. Also well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels, which we’ve had to purchase on other trips. The location was great, easy to get around the island.
