This lovely and affordable condo is a one bedroom, one-bath ocean view unit with two double beds in the bedroom. With both the sleeper sofa and a Murphy bed in the living room, this condo can accommodate up to 8 people. A small-kitchen is all you'll need for just a few people. You'll enjoy relaxing after a day on the beach with a flat screen TV/DVD in the living area or you may want to end the day on your private balcony. Don't leave your laptop at home because you'll be surfing the net and checking email with our free wireless internet access.
Ocean Dunes Tower I is a landmark of great vacation living, located on the famed Golden Mile – close to area attractions, shopping, dining and golf. The building is secure, requiring an access card for access. Make sure to enjoy the outdoor pool with plenty of seating for your comfort.
There is a no-pet policy (sorry, Fido!) and no smoking of course. Although there is not a washer in the unit, there are laundry facilities on the premises for your use. You simply can't go wrong with this beautiful, affordable unit. For your security, lifeguard protection is offered on our public beaches. The lifeguards also have chairs or umbrellas to rent on a daily or weekly basis.

Getting away was just what we needed!this condo was fairly priced for my budget!

It was nice the condo had a pool was a short short walk to the beach! It had 4 beds in it 2 queen beds a murphy bed and a pull out couch! It was so perfect for me my 3 adult children 20 ,18,18 plus 2 of their adult friends we all had ampke sleeping space ..i do wish it had an oven is my only meh on it and actually it wasnt that big of a deal ..microwave was just as good ..lol i want to just say thank you so so much we loved our stay and will be coming back!

Very roomy!

My family of four stayed here for a week in July. It is listed as a 1 bedroom, however, there is a Murphy bed and a pull out in the living room so my kids used that as a second bedroom. It was very roomy! There are two bathrooms connected-caused some problems with people walking in, but was very convienent because the kids had there own bathroom. The kitchen is basic but functional. The view is wonderful! Definitely not what you would expect from this price point! The place was very clean. If you are expecting luxury accommodations, this rental is not for you. It was clean and comfortable and an awesome value!

Pros and cons

I have many complaints about the cleanliness of our condo. Even though we were responsible for bringing our own sheets, we walk in and the first thing we see are the beds that had been made, by the looks of a 6 year old. Was not presentable. We did have issues with the two toilets in our room but I was happy that we received service within the hour of reporting the issue. Service was very quick. I was also excited that we had a half bathroom in our condo, that I wasn’t expecting. That was a great surprise. My main complaint was the cleanliness of our location. If things would’ve been cleaned properly, I would’ve felt much more at ease and I wouldn’t complain about anything. I’ll do a favor of leaving out the disgusting complaints because if I list them, I could possibly ruin the business. I have pictures of what I found. I also complained to the company, about my feelings about returning to this location.

The apartment was great, ac perfect only one thing was that the shower heads water pressure was very high and that the pool wasn't availble due to maintenance which was obviously not under their control. Overall it has great thanks for everything...

Week at the beach

First of all let me tell you about the plus to the rental the location which is a short walk to the beach. Now let me begin the whole check in process was a complete joke. I mean why do you have to drive 15 minutes away from the rental in order to get your keys? Next we are a family of five staying at the rental for 8 days and when i contacted housekeeping which was separate from the resorts housekeeping I was informed that they provided us with all of the things we needed for the stay. Can someone please tell how one roll of toilet paper with two restrooms was supposed to last the stay?I feel like I could go on and on about how horrible the stay was but I will just say this if you don't staying with extra critters and basically no communication or help from the owners then this is the place for you.

I am very sorry that you were disappointed. We are an independent company seperate from the onsite resort office. You rented from a private owner that we manage their property for them. We sent out 15 emails that you received from the date of booking until one day prior to arrival. Good beach location

Great views of the beach from balcony. Quiet corner unit, beds could be more comfortable and TV in living room needs to be updated but overall good location and had a great time.
