Come and enjoy the new infinity pool to admire, while bathing, the sunsets on the Sanguinaires Islands. The villa, with an area of 85 m², is superbly located on the heights of Portigliolo just 200 meters from the beach with stunning views over the Gulf of Ajaccio and a plot of 2000 m².

3 bedrooms are at your disposal. You have in one of them, side terrace with sea view, two beds of 80 cm that you have the opportunity to transform into a large bed of 160 cm, if you want, by bringing them together. A large storage cabinet is provided for your belongings. The other two bedrooms have a double bed (140 cm) with storage cabinet. The house consists of a living-dining room with flat screen TV, Hi-fi and a three-seater sofa. The bathroom has a bath, sink, storage cabinet and a washing machine. In the kitchen are at your disposal, a gas stove and a microwave and a dishwasher 9 covers, a machine Tassimo for coffee, tea and chocolate drinks, plus all the conveniences.

Activities: sailing school on the beach of Portigliolo, with windsurfing, catamaran and pedalo hire. 4 tennis courts are at your disposal less than 100 m from the beach ...

Conveniences: a grocery store with all essentials welcomes you from June to September. You can walk there in 2 min.
