Looking for a peaceful vacation with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Lava and the scents of the maquis? Then you've just found what you're looking for.
This superb villa, 20 minutes from Ajaccio city center, will captivate you with its breathtaking views, and you'll feel as if you're on a boat.

The villa can comfortably accommodate 12 people, featuring a large living/dining room with a magnificent open-plan kitchen, all opening onto large terraces with a swimming pool.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, including 2 master suites, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and 1 children's bedroom with 4 bunk beds. 2 shower rooms, 2 guest toilets, and 1 toilet in a shower room with a door.
1 master suite with an additional double bed (villa entrance), shower room, and sauna.

Summer kitchen with gas grill.
Terrace equipped with deckchairs and garden furniture.
A baby crib and high chair are available.
The pool is secured for parents' comfort and is professionally cleaned weekly.

The cleaning fee is not included in the rental price; it's payable on site; it's €200.

Great place with an amazing view

We stayed for a week in Sabrina’s house with overall 10 people. The house was great and the pool on the Terrasse definitely the highlight. Also only a 5min walk down to the sea and a 20min walk to the closest bigger beach. Would definitely recommend this place and I would also like to come back some time. Should be noted though that Villanova itself is not very big and a car is definitely required.

The villa has a fantastic view with sunsets every night. Check in was lengthy with explanations on all aspects of the Villa including how to use kitchen equipment and the swimming pool. It would be useful to explain the need for a cash payment locally for the cleaners in advance as we didn’t have enough cash with us initially. Villa is a short distance from Ajaccio and beaches nearby. All the rooms were comfortable.

Séjour contrarié par la météo et divers soucis sur la villa mais la vue est réellement magnifique et la villa spacieuse. Dommage que certaines finitions contrarient l'impression générale sur la villa.

C’est vrai la météo n’a pas été clémente.Et je suis désolé pour le volet roulant de l’entrée nous avons fait le maximum pour le réparer mais il a fallu commander les pièces pour le réparer et cela a pris de temps . Prenez soin de vous . Sabrina

sejour en familles

Nous avons passez une agrable semaine dans un cadre idyllique. Malgré quelques appareils électroménagers non fonctionnelle notamment le grille pain nous avions tout le nécessaire pour passé un bon séjours. La piscine et la vue sur mer sont les réelles atouts de cette locations .

Très belle maison

Pouvez-vous modifier votre annonce car cette maison n'a pas 6 chambres. En effet, une suite n'a pas de porte et est un hall d'entrée meublé comme une chambre. Bonjour l'intimité, sans poste. Personne n'a voulu prendre cette chambre.

Bonjour Dans le descriptif de la villa il est bien noté 5 chambres. La villa est pour 12 personnes comme inscrit sur l’annonce et la chambre est en plus elle n’est pas comptée dans le nombre de couchage sinon ça ferait 14 personnes . C’est spécifié dans l’annonce que c’est une chambre d’appoint avec salle de douche et sauna.C’est un plus si les locataires souhaitent la prendre c’est à la demande d’un client que nous l’avons faite.

Magnifique vue sur le golfe sauvage de Lava

Toute la famille (nous étions 10) a apprécié le confort, l’espace, la décoration et l’emplacement de la maison. Vue magnifique sur le golfe de Lava. La piscine et le bord de mer avec rochers ont fait la joie des enfants. Une qualité des prestations diminuée par quelques détails: les petits espaces extérieurs sont en friche, la finition des travaux (entrée dans une chambre, clôture provisoire en bois sur la terrasse du 1er étage obstrue la très belle vue) et aussi pas de wifi Enfin la panne de la climatisation du 1er étage (non signalée à notre arrivée) a diminué le confort attendu (impossible de maintenir un peu de fraîcheur dès la fin de matinée) La route entre Ajaccio et la maison est très sinueuse : gare aux estomacs sensibles. Il faut penser aussi à faire les courses avant de rentrer (une heure aller-retour jusqu’à Ajaccio). Dans l’ensemble très bon séjour pour tous, la Corse est très belle et il faudra plusieurs vacances pour en faire le tour.

Merci Je suis contente que vous ayez passé un bon séjour . Nous avons effectivement quelques finitions à faire. Le garde corps en bois va être remplacé à la fin de la saison par un garde corps en verre. Pour la clim elle est neuve comme la villa mais c’est un défaut de fabrication et nous attendons que le moteur soit changé étant sous garantie. Pour le moment il est vrai que l’entrée se situe en bas car il va y avoir un ascenseur a l’extérieur mais qui je pense n’a pas trop d’incidence sur le séjour dans notre villa. Nous améliorons chaque année un peu plus pour que la villa soit parfaite 🤩 Merci de votre retour

Sehr schöne Aussicht, ruhig und abgelegen

Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz und ist funktional eingerichtet. An der einen oder anderen Stelle sind noch Restarbeiten am Haus durchzuführen. Die Gastgeber sind bemüht und sehr freundlich. Einzigster Wermutstropfen ist die Entfernung zum nächstgelegenen Bäcker/Supermarkt (15min Autofahrt nach Ajaccio), aber die Lage entschädigt dies allemal.

Une vue à couper le souffle

Les propriétaires sont trés pros et arrangeants. Il faut simplement savoir que pour atteindre la maison, il y a une quinzaine de minutes de route de montagne. Mais c'est le petit prix à payer pour avoir cette vue sans pareil. La maison est très très belle et la vue inimaginable. Vous ne serez pas décu.
